The bathroom was very small (especially the faucet). There was no A/C, which wasn't a problem for me personally as the weather was cool, but I'd definitely take that into consideration when booking. There was some outside noise, but that's the norm for hotels in Kenya - I just wore earplugs to sleep.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There was hot water and good water pressure in the shower. There were many outlets and nice lighting, and the staff members nice. It was very good for its price and great for a short stay before taking a flight from the airport. The property felt safe, and it was easy and secure to schedule an Uber or pickup to the airport even late at night.

The walls were too thin and noisy corridor throughout the night (didn't get a wink of sleep, but that might also be because our room was right next to the elevator exit.)

A slight gripe was that our airport shuttle was 10 mins late, seemingly because the driver was sleeping. Other than that, the water from the shower overflowing into the small bathroom could be improved. But generally, we were delighted with the choice, especially the price!

Very close to the airport, extremely affordable, and great value for money. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff generally very kind. We stayed one night before flying early morning out of Nairobi. Highly recommended!

Hot water only in the shower, but that ist okay for a stop over.

A short ride away from the airport this hotel offers all you need for a stop over: shuttle service, clean rooms, 24h restaurant, super friendly staff, stable wifi, secure environment. The terrace on the 9th floor is amazing for chilling purposes. Be aware that it is located in the middle of a mixed industrial residential area and points of interest are far away.

The cost of the transfer to and from the airport is a bit excessive for a single traveler, It is about three times higher than a normal taxi ride.

Unfortunately for us, our floor was below the restaurant which is open 24hrs and was very noisy so we found it difficult to sleep and we really needed to rest.

When we first check in we were offered room at 1st floor which was noisy - We could hear the guests checking in and out all the time at hotel lobby. We requested for higher floor on our next stay, the request was accommodated, and it was much better and tranquil. Although there is a microwave oven, there were no utensils (bowls, fork, knife, spoon etc.) offered which was a let down.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is located near to a local supermarket and is equipped with a 24 hour operating restaurant. Prices charged at the restaurant was significantly higher compared to local prices (average cost per meal is KES1000-1600) however considering the convenience it's okay.

There was extremely loud music and speech noise issue from a nearby religious establishment that was on till 9 pm at night on the night we were there. That was the only thing that hampered our rest at Kozi Suites. It’s absolutely not the hotel’s fault but it’s worth mentioning for people who are sensitive to noise.

Clean bed and bed and bath linens, hot shower with great water pressure, a 24 hour restaurant which serves delicious food. Overall a great value for money. We were here for 14 hours before our flight and after our Masai Mara safari vacation and it was perfect to take a nap, have a light dinner and a warm shower before our flight.

The only downside was that we didn’t have hot water during our stay. At check-out, the receptionist told me that there is a little trick to get it to work, but I hadn’t been aware of that before. Other than that, everything was great, and I would recommend it, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable place near the airport.

Our flight had been rescheduled and the amazing manager went out of her way to try to find us a contact with the airline, and facilitated arranging a driver to leave us at the pick up spot. All this very late in the night.
