    Breakfast was ok

    Service was somehow unproffessional you could ask for spoons, servietts ,cups. We kept on asking for small things which are basically supposed to be on the table set up. The service People looked disturbed after every help we needed from them .Morning Buffet were no plates we kept on asking or begging for a plates and other staffs. The rooms were dark,no wondows and everywhere stinks of sigarrets, because the premise allows curstomers to smoke inside the rooms and in floors. The Hotel is loud because of contructions in neighbourhood. The rooms need a serious repair and serious cleaning.

    The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in for a long while, clean and comfortable. The shower was exceptional and the breakfast was excellent !!! The staff were friendly.

    We were on the first floor, there was a constant buzzing, droning noise, no idea where it was coming from. This incessant noise kept us awake, finding it difficult to sleep.

    I like hotel location

    Room facilities like towel, glasses and restaurant food is not tasty.

    Excellent welcoming with the two gentlemen i done va quick check-in and the short guy take me to my room show me everything what i need to know thank you

    Well to be honest am working in hospitality also i wake up I go down to have my cigarettes after i done the lady she was there i ask her prepare my bill i leaving at 9 she ask for my room i told her 3305 she reply with a attitude face like i was disturbing her there she asked with 3305 because that was my room as far as i know i told her it i double check and i come back but i give her my name she should fine my name to on the system i just left. When i come to do the check out she give me ly invoice but for my receipt that what am sign in the restaurant i was waiting for sometime because i need it to give keyan airways the reason i ask my flight was cancelled but she was not helpful i just keeping standing not saying anything after some time very short guy comes wit my bills she looks like she get forced to come to work... In the restaurant it was not bad but staff need more about customers care followed up. I order a cocktail i get my one first because it very easy. One my friend he get his one after 15 minutes my piont is we are two no matter what drink supposed to come together but that time i should finish my drink but i wait for my friend drink to come to make a tose. Tool's and details is inportant my friend asked for hot water after he get his hot water so no cup on our table the waiter ask my friend you need cup hello how he going to drink the hot water 🙄🙄🙄🙄 those details should be work on it

    Value for money. The breakfast was good, not a lot of options but nice. Comfortable bed. The rooms are spacious.

    A bit of slow check-in if large groups check in at the same time. A few extra guys at the front desk can help manage the queues

    The property is well located only a short walk to centre. Staff are generally pleasant. Breakfast has a good variety and menu also gives plenty of choices and food well prepared. Room big, very comfortable and clean. Overall this hotel has a lot to offer.

    The only thing is in our 4 day stay we didn’t have hot showers maybe tepid at best.

    Good hotel but a bit old. Room of executive room was huge, but room was a bit old.

    Bathroom drain was clogged so when you take a bath you will have to stand in clogged Water.

    Amazing customer service and value for money

    I wish the windows closed because it was freezing and the windows were too high to reach plus the mosquitos were crazy And maybe I could not figure out how to turn on the hot shower or it had no hot shower

    The room was spacious, and breakfast was delicious with a range of options. The place was very clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

    The walls of our room were thin, and I could hear conversations happening next door. I am a light sleeper and did not have much sleep when a couple next door argued all night.
