My room towels weren’t clean the first day but were later changed the next day. The food could use abit more variety.

Breathtaking views, serene environment perfect for a quiet getaway, comfortable modern rooms and the staff were all very friendly. I got a room upgrade due to technical issues on my side which they were very gracious to accommodate.

- Food is ok, but room for improvement - The 7-km entrance-road,from the main road,is terrible. When it rains a bit, some cars are getting stuck, … It’s a big disaster.

There were no bath mats or slippers in the bathroom The road from the highway to the lodge is not interesting We felt like 10 a.m. was too early to check out

Be aware that there is a 20 to 30 min steep drive off road to get to the hotel. Very bumpy. The swimming pool could be heated. Food and service are ok but not exceptional. The accomodations look luxurious but are not when you look in detail.

The road to the facility was a little bit not good but the overall service there and value for money madee forget about the por transportation

The beds were quite small, just 4x6 and less than Queen size so it was hard fitting in with my spouse. Generally the room was a bit smaller, probably reason for a small bed. When it rains there're no covered walkways so one gets a bit wet.

Location and environment very serene. Grounds very clean and staff all pleasant. The hotel offered very picturesque views...very brathtaking!

Overhyped and Underwheiming Not Worth the Price I had high expectations based on the hotel's 5-star claims, but the reality was far from luxurious. The food was inconsistent either overly salty or completely bland and served cold, including breakfast tea and milk. Room hygiene was below standard: bathrooms overflowed after showers, and we were left with wet floors all day. Bathrobes were stained, creased, and clearly not freshly aundered. Customer service was equally disappointing. Staff lacked basic training and awareness of hotel activities. The spa remained closed throughout our stay without any communication. The signage claimed the hotel was 1km from the main road, but it was closer to 8km, we got stuck twice despite driving a powerful car. Most concerning was the clear discrimination between foreign and local tourists. Locals were treated with indifference while foreigners received noticeably better service. This kind of bias is unacceptable and deeply disheartening. Unless you're only interested in the view, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's overpriced, poorly managed, and fails to deliver on its promises

I enjoyed my stay at LEML, the facility is well maintained and the staff were very prompt in responding to guest requests. This trip was meant for just relaxing while watching the beautiful view of Lake Elementaita and I got just that and more! Special thanks to Kade from Xenaxia Spa and Mwende who made my stay extra special. I will definitely be going back!

Definitely not worth the value of what they are charging.

Basically everything about the services on this facility is completely terrible. The staffs are not properly trained, rooms completely dirty, had bedding literally eaten by a rat!!! I have pictures if needed. Terrible quality!
