unfortunately i would not return here, as you seem to allow beach bums onto you hotel area who are abusive and threatning

Power outages, water issues and poor WiFi connection. Due to power outages we didn’t have running water at different times of the stay and it made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were super friendly and went out of Their way to help us out even when we did an early check in. They were very hospitable and friendly and made the stay memorable. Thank you Mr Alfonso, as well as Ken & Brian.

The electricity often failed, sometimes also the water, so that showering was impossible in the hot weather.

Beach boys starting from the parking, There was no one to receive as at the parking apart from beach boys and they were all over us infact a stranger carried my bag to the hotel room hotel stuff didn't bother.

The road to the place was bad, making the journey uncomfortable and costly. There were beach traders and beach boys who prevented us from enjoying the beachfront. They harassed us whenever we tried taking walks or having meals on the beach.

The food was delicious and well made. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beachfront was refreshing.

The road to the area is quiet rough, but its not that bad. Make prior arrangements if you want to get in and out of the hotel, this easily solves this (get a reliable tuktuk guy to take you around). I didnt see it as a big deal. The place in itself is beautiful. The place is close to Watamu and you can enjoy every excursion.

The staff were great, the ammenities were awsme. The chef is top notch. The rooms are large, the hotel is right next to the beach. The staff are really helpfull. Go with an open mind and you will really enjoy the place. Great place for cooling your mind and for couples who want alone time. Go for the excursion at sardenya 2 its worth it, the staff were helpful in getting us someone to take us. Ask the staff before engaging the beach boys. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Lack of shower gels or bath soap - hand wash gel had to be used as multi purpose!

Power supply was at times unreliable, water pressure was low ar times. The local beach boys could be a little pushy.

A very friendly and very helpful staff, food was tasty, portions good size. The view of the ocean is spectacular . The a/c in the room came in handy on the warm nights.

The shower was never hot and after bringing to the attention of the staff nothing happened. There didn’t seem to be a generator when the power went off and this affected the water. The selection of food also wasn’t great. Road leading to the location was also not great.

The fact that it’s on the beach is amazing and they were very flexible on the breakfast times which was good. It’s also small so not many people staying and the staff were friendly.
