Their breakfast selection was great and the location was central and within proximity of all Nakuru attractions. Ambience around the property was excellent. Restaurant staff very friendly.

KenyaI stayed in the heritage wing and although the rooms was clean and well kept. A minor issue though , the back yard as seen through the window is not very pleasant to look at. It needs to be cleaned up and the dilapidated structures sealed off from the guests view or repainted.
Very warm and welcoming Staff from the gate to the reception to the restaurant. Amazing people. The ambiance is also very good especially the restaurant setting. A wide variety of food on offer. The rooms are well kept and very clean.

AustraliaSome rooms need an upgrade to reach a standard that matches their price. I paid the same price for my visitors as for my room, my own room was far less quality than my guests (I’m glad they had good quality accommodation) but perhaps the cost of a room should match the standard. I also did not like the cashless operation. I believe that where cash is legal tender I should have the option of using it rather than being forced to use a card and paying extra fees.
Midland Hotel is centrally located with all city conveniences within walking distance. Hotel staff warm and friendly. Breakfast menu really good.
