Very large cottage, lots of wooden furniture. Location a bit hard to reach but worth it - very quiet, calm place in the nature. Big nice garden. Great personell. We initially wanted to do things in Nanyuki but ended up just relaxing in the cottage.

The road to the property is very rough. The google maps will mislead you to extremely rough, (and closed roads), so please ensure to follow instructions of the host. Host did share the instructions with us through booking.com message, but I didn't check emails as I was driving so I ended up on the closed road. Took 45min to reach the place, even though I was just 3km away. But there is a relatively better route that we used at the time of exit.

I loved the warm hospitality. Eunice and Jacqueline were helpful, cheerful and made our stay very comfortable. Food was good too. Kitchen, Fridge was super well equipped. The breakfast, fresh juices, dinner, bonfire, large house, everything was great.

Everything! I couldn’t speak more highly of this place. They would even wash the car daily! 1)The staff are all amazing and made us feel very special. Ngomongo Cottage was absolutely perfect and super cosy for us three and we felt right at home – the ladies running the cottage were extremely kind and warm, built us a cosy little fire in the fireplace and cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The cottage is spacious and possibly the cosiest place I have ever stayed. We could not have asked for more. We only wish we could have stayed longer than a night! We visited with my husband and we would definitely be coming back...with the children this time 🤗 The hospitality is top notch!! The English breakfast and dinner was really, really yummy. Maureen and Eunice took really good care of us. The cottage is super clean and cosy. The attention to detail to the extent of lighting a fire to keep us warm both indoors as well as outside in the evening...the hot water bottles to keep our beds warm.....was just so thoughtful and kind. I would highly, highly recommend. 10/10 for us.

Shower pressure in the master bathroom needs some improvement. The access rough road needs to be levelled a bit.

Not much could be improved as my stay was amazing. However, it was quite difficult to find the cottage as it is a bit out of the way.

The cottage and the grounds are spectacular! I was surprised by how spacious, clean and tasteful the cottage itself was and the generous amenities provided. The hosts were amazing! They lit a fire on our arrival, and they prepared a generous and amazing breakfast spread outside. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend anyone who is hesitate to book the cottage to go ahead and book it. The pictures do not give it justice and the hosts were very accommodating. I will definitely be back if I am in Nanyuki.

The place is off the beaten path. The Google directions were incorrect. So we had to rely on oral directions from the cottage. This should be fixed. Better signage should be put up too at key junctions.

Absolutely wonderful stay and we will be back! The scenery and beautiful gardens were so relaxing. The cottage was adorably furnished and comfortable. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!
