a tranquil property set in delightful gardens with an outside terrace complete with on open fire which we enjoyed every evening. The accommodation was a welcome sanctuary at the end of the day and the staff were exceptional. Muriuki in particular was efficient, reliable and discreet organising early breakfasts brought to our room, packed lunches and late evening meals. He and his fellow workers made sure that our fire burnt brightly and that we were comfortable and happy at all times.

The swimming pool did not look clean, so we didn't use it. The nature trail is a bit restrictive as it was steep. The cafeteria is well designed but we couldn't choose where to sit and the breakfast should be a buffet. We didn't like being asked what we would like to eat. By the time the breakfast reached our table from the kit hen upstairs, it was cold. The eggs were either overdone or not as we would have liked them.

Lovely location and a perfect getaway, but it is steep in price. The accommodation is great. We liked the cottages with the verandah, and the gardens are great. The swimming pool area is lovely.

The lunch was a little more expensive than I expected, but it was delicious, including soup and dessert.

The view from the restaurant is a beautiful, quiet valley. The breakfast was delicious and offered great variety. The staff was excellent, and thought of everything. The landscxaping is designed creatively with gardens and a small pond. I would love to stay there again.

spacious, modern bath and thoughtful amenities, exceptional pillows and linens, tender filet properly cooked and served on the lanai, fireplace that was set and burned correctly, landscaping tasteful by owner who stopped to discuss

We had trouble finding the place as the GPS kept diverting us to a different location. Also, it was sometimes hard to control the shower pressure as it was either too hot or too cold no matter the setting.

We loved the kind, friendly and helpful staff! We also loved how clean the place was, including the great decor!

Wi-Fi was very weak

The accommodations were immaculate, organized, and exuded a cozy ambiance. The sweeping views from the pool and our standard suite left us in awe. The meals, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, were consistently outstanding.

The place is magical, it transmits peace and serenity within a small part of the jungle near Nanyuki. The staff, including Betty the owner, are wonderful. So good that I added one more night, and it is possible that he will do it a second time.

We greatly liked the ambiance and the comfort. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. arranging the on-site massage (excellent!) was hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the swimming pool, too. We will definitely come back.

Will definetely need a hair dryer when I am back!

A very well mantained small resort with tastefully decorated interiors and lovely gardens, patios and pool in a cordial atmosphere. The bedrooms are very nice with super-comfy beds and even small kitchen facilities. Also nice to have little private patio with a sofa and a small lawn in front of the room. It is quiet at night and the staff are very helpful and attentive.
