Since we did not arrive until after 11pm, and all the restaurants in the area were closed, the gentleman who checked us in made sandwiches for us! That was so thoughtful!! Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend the Palacina!

It’s a very chill and laid back spot. It’s located in a secluded area as well. Only issue I had is that the walls are very thin.

The bistro breakfast set up is confusing. There are no cups for drinks or plates for fruit both times I was there. I’m not sure if it was help yourself and sit down or sit down and be helped.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay, my room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, helpful - always a pleasure to see. The spa treatments were amazing, I enjoyed a facial and a massage and highly recommend both. The food served was delicious, every meal I ordered was excellent. If I find myself back in Nairobi, I’ll definitely return for another stay.

Massages are quite expensive. I would'nt book those again, unless the convenience is needed.

Staff very welcoming and made it feel like home. Free laundry on-site and staff offered to do ours at no cost, which was super nice. Also, the breakfast was good--not much variety but covers all the basics. We loved it. Pool was indoors with a sauna just outside the pool area--very convenient. Great security---hotel is near the state house, so overall increased safety in this area.

The staff is just the best! So thoughtful and professional! My kids also loved the heated pool, good food and comfy rooms :-) I was supposed to stay 3 days but I extended to a whole week because it was just so nice. We will definetly come back next time we're in Nairobi!

This was our second stay at Palacina, for good reasons. We love how secluded the location is, as soon as you enter the property it’s serene, stylish, cosy, and a very friendly atmosphere. Food is great, kids love the swimming pool, rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel is not crowded, and staff and service is excellent.

The trees at the outdoor pool attracted mosquitos.

We were delighted with our stay at Palacina. It is very clean, our suite was spacious. the food was great. The staff are lovely smiling, friendly, helpful people.

The bedroom and bathroom of our room was very crowded. Two people won’t fit in the bathroom comfortably at the same time and door almost hits the toilet. In the bedroom there is no space for luggage and closet space is scarce. Living/dinning area and kitchen are superb. Minor things

The entire staff from the General Manager (Andrea) and throughout the hotel is exceptional. They're friendly, welcoming and always keen to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. The facilities, including the indoor pool, and the laundry are first class. Food has been delicious and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is located on a cul-de-sac, in a leafy area, isolated from the noise and traffic of Nairobi.
