The staff did not know about my booking, the dining area has no place to wash hands, they can improve on their meals. The staff who was at the dining area on the night of our arrival was not sure about the available meals in the menu and in the kitchen.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

There were broken tile in the bathroom. The room was cold. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Internet was weak. The shower had very little water in it and there was no shower mat with a very slippery floor.

Breakfast was good and the same every morning.

The pool is too small and service staff needs training. The food too was not professionally done and service made it worse.

Rooms and the entire setup is great beds could do with better density mattress otherwise the rooms and shower and space are brilliant ...

The food is very bad and the location is quite far from the main town and tourist attractions. The hotel needs modernising- the bath and sink leaked and some items in the playground were broken. The music from the pool is very loud even when nobody is there, however they did turn down the volume when I asked them to.

The staff are very friendly.

The staff charged me twice the price and promised to refund me but 2 Weeks down the line they haven't paid me fully The reception staff was disorganized and needed to know how much they charge and keep their word

The social amenities were way below the expectations. The wifi is not available in the rooms as promised. There is no privacy in the rooms. They are not sound proof. You can literally hear people's conversations in the next room. Unresponsive staff on almost all requests, save for the receptionist. She was very kind and friendly. She strived her best to make our stay comfortable.

The place is a good get away from the busy Naivasha town.

They should not have confirmed availability when they were fully booked.

I booked online through Booking.com and I got a confirmation through my email. When I called the property, I was informed that the facility was fully booked and there was no room available.

EVERYTHING was TERRIBLE, except the food

This looks like it was once a beautiful resort- quiet and leafy with a good location not too far off the main road. However, when my wife and I visited in January 2025, it was a ghost town - deserted even by the staff themselves (they hide and you have to look for them when you need something), the pool was very dirty, the rooms are run down, the flush toilet was not working, they did not clean our room until we asked them to and even then, they only changed the beddings, the bathroom was dirty and smelled like weed, the WiFi was non-existent…the list is endless. The photos are a catfish!! Totally misleading! The only positive thing was the food (especially the stir fried greens) - quite flavorful, fresh and did not take long wait time, and is well priced. This is a message to the hotel management- the resort has so much potential. Please return it to its former glory (if that glory ever existed). And to anyone thinking of going here, do so at your own risk!

The resort is great, the rooms are spacious, you have everything you need. The restaurant is also nice but the best part of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and they really made our stay memorable

The rooms were terrible. The shower wasn’t heating we never had a shower till 11 am and we were told the reason was not enough pressure. The toilet door wasnt closing and was no toilet holder as it was broken. The room wasn’t cleaned the second day and no change of the grey looking towels that definitely needs new ones. The tv wasn’t working and the remote controls were broken. We took pictures to prove. The second day my partner ordered chicken an to our horror they served him 2 bits of chicken one been a chicken neck which we felt absolutely disgusted. We had paid dinner included but wat we got was badic an only main meal. No entertainment nor wifi in the rooms as we expected. The only reason we stayed was i had already paid in full and was tired after travelling for hrs to what we thought would be a break. I feel robbed. Spoke to the manager who offered to g et us something back but have never hesrd a thing from him or the hotel.

The breakfast was ok and we liked the server. The location is alright but on a rainy day that road would be tricky not unless you have a four wheel drive.

No very limited wifi, only local television and a couple of the rooms did not have the light in the front room. The bathrooms were not conducive to having a relaxing shower.

The directions on Google maps were wrong! I was quite surprised at that. They do have signage on the main road, thankfully, but the directions on Google maps makes you turn before the signage, and in the opposite side of the road.

The food was quite good. I liked the selection. However the bananas for breakfast were a tad over ripe.

The TV in the room is very small and you can't see properly from the bed.

Everything was lovely from the reception to the pool to the rooms and food. Their staff were nice to us. (lucy) served us all through and was very nice and professional 👍 👌 👏. Lovely place to be.

The hot water wasn't functioning through out and at times the toilet didn't have water to flush. But the staff were very accommodating.

The meals did not dissapoint. The chef was on point. Our waiter Kevin, was exceptional. We truly enjoyed his service.
