Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Only built a few years ago so modern. Very clean and great food from the restaurant cooked to order and generous portions. Stayed here many times when in Nairobi as its only a 30 minute drive from the airport and easy to get to by car. There is an underground carpark if your driving and this hotel is safe and secure to stay at. Outside traffic etc can be a little noisy so we always request a room on the higher floors. We love staying here and are always made to feel welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel for value for money as not all Kenyan hotels are build to this standard

A little expensive

Very safe, great service. Location close to the Nairobi park. Also between the giraffe centre and the city centre, so you always are around 20-30min by car to the places you may want to visit :) the internet was fast and worked well in the room. I recemmend.

Even though l agreed not to leave a bad review, after Nathan, the house manager pleaded with me not to, l feel l am justified in doing so. Our first night, someone attempted to enter our room, with a duplicate key. It's lucky that we had attached the safety catch, or this person would have entered our room. I immediately told the night staff of this incident and l was told that the person responsible assumed that our room was vacant, the excuse being that she was showing a potential customer our room, very late at night !!! I booked another hotel in Nairobi, deciding to leave the next morning. The next morning, Nathan asked if we had had a good night and l explained to him what had happened. He informed us that the incident was very bad. I told him that we would be checking out after breakfast and not staying the extra night. Nathan proceeded to try his best to make us stay and offered us a discount if l canceled the hotel, (which l did) for any inconvenience caused and also to have the culprit dealt with, so l reluctantly agreed to stay. Anyway, on the morning of our departure, l enquired about the discount as promised, but l was told that it was not possible, as l had booked directly with Booking.com, which as far as l was concerned, was nothing to do with me, so l had to pay full price. Nathan lied to us, in order to make us stay. Bad management as far as l am concerned, feeling conned.

The staff were very welcoming, the food was good and the hotel was very modern.

The shower head is a bit clogged. Water wasn't flowing well from the shower.

It was very clean - both in the room and corridors. Friendly staff. Easy to locate.

The interior rooms with King beds have little Breeze as the windows don’t reach the outside. They let us move rooms and it was much better.

The washroom are not cleaned with scented detergent and bleach so in the evening they have a pungent smell. Kindly provide a fruit with breakfast.

This is where we stayed as soon as we landed in Nairobi. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very well maintained and super clean. They provide all toiletries and you get hot water to bathe anytime. They have a restaurant functioning from 6am to 11pm and they serve amazing food. The location is easily accessible to all the tourist locations and cabs are very easy available. Shoutout to all the staff who are super amazing. 1. Receptionist Maureen took long in checking in and didn't know which room i was to be given. For early morning flight, having told in particular did not give 4 am wake up call. She was found to be disrespectful and rigid.... A bad name for the property She is. 2. I had booked room with AC, but was told the Hotel has no room with AC. Hence should be taken out from the description... 3. Some of the bathroom gagets need repair/replacement.

Location was good.. Excellent Staff specially Mr Joseph, who was very kind and thorough professional.... Comfortable bed, clean room. Hot and cold running water.

There is a bar downstairs and the music can be quiet loud if its a weekend but it stopped at 12.30am.

This is a modern built hotel that is finished to a high standard compared to other hotels in Kenya. The staff are great and remembered my name from the stay in 2022. They are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are lovely and clean and the hotels is only 30 minutes drive from Nairobi airport. it cost us less than £10 with a taxi to travel there with our luggage door to door. The manager and staff are very approachable and want to make sure you enjoy your stay. The restaurant food is excellent and if you stay for breakfast you will never leave hungry!!! I would highly recommend this hotel. Security is very good here and no one can get into the lifts without a security card to activate it. I will be returning again next time I am in Nairobi as fairly close to town center and Nairobi national park etc. Great views of the city form the rooms. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did :)

Modern hotel at good location for visiting the attractions as Karen Blixen Museum, Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Centre and other. Modern building, comfortable rooms, good WIFI, telephone charging sockets available. Clean. Good restaurant downstairs.

Mosquitoes in the rooms,they ran out of shower water & I had to wait 3 hours tp get a bucket bath.Location it's too Noisy not sound proof as stated.Food in the restaurant is a little too expensive.They can buy better bath towels,they are very rough.Wash cloths would be a plus.Kitchen ran out of breakfast basics,like chapati, bread,sausage & eggs.It's really not worth the amount they charge.I couldn't watch soccer/football in my room because their DSTV had issues.I would recommend shopping around before settling for this hotel.

Comfortable beds,wifi was high speed,staff were friendly & helpful.Rooms were clean.Elevator/lift you use your room card,it's great for safety.Food was ok but their English tea was top notch.Slippers/flip flops a good idea.They give 2 bottles of drinking water,you can make yourself tea or coffee in the room.

The rooms aren't sound proof as advertised,so early morning there's noise from the roads.There are also mosquitoes in the rooms because bathroom windows are left open all day,,so mosquito nets would be great!The menu prices @ the restaurant aren't pocket friendly to locals & food isn't as good.I was suprised twice they didn't have ordinary toast & sausage.Dstv football(soccer) channels don't work in the rooms so i missed Games i wanted to watch & despite a promise to correct it nothing happened!Hot water runs very little like it's being rationed.IIt's not worth the price since it doesn't include breakfast.. Towels are hard like rugs,no wash cloths, or hand towels.Some showers don't have doors,so water can flood.Some trash cans are broken.Rooms should have bath soaps & hand soaps,had only bath soaps.

I liked the staff,housekeepers & Receptionist Everlyn were very friendly & helpful.Rooms are clean & beds comfortable Complimentary drinking water was good to have.Fast Wifi a bonus.Card to use the elevator was good for security.
