The breakfast was a bit basic. The "water park" is rather small its more of just a few slides.

The property staff were extreemly helpul and accomodative they allowed both early check in and a late check out. One of us had a foot injjury and had crutches. They relocated us to a accesible room and were very helpful with assisting her to move around the property. The stablishment was very clean and food and drink were affordable.

The lack of variety of the meals and repeat of the same items

Only complaint, would be the bed, a slight one not major, as it was just a bit stiff on the mattress, not as soft as I would have preferred, but otherwise comfortable enough for a nice sleep.

Staff was fantastic! Very professional and polite. Always stopped on my way in or out for a brief but friendly chat.

I did not like the options in the main course menu for dinner because it was very limited, almost basic. They could also do with some improvement in the food presentation (plating). I disliked having to answer the question of whether we were on "bed & breakfast" or "half-board" on several occasions. Could there be a way of identifying guests by their meal plan, maybe?

Extremely beautiful and comfy rooms they have! Immaculately clean and well-organised. All the food we were served was very, very tasty! I especially liked their breakfast buffet options. I loved the quick customer service by the staff who were wonderfully friendly and happy while serving guests (shout out to Ann!)

The staff really make this place special. My young family and I stayed at PrideInn Diani for a week, and even though there is no kids club there, the staff made us feel welcome. Each and every one of them was patient and kind with my children - even when they were running from the restaurant to the pool or to the security gate. At one point, a waitress said to me, "You sit down and rest, we'll watch them." when they (3 year old twins) had run off, again. The food in the restaurant - particularly the buffet - is good and varied. We enjoyed eating there for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean - very important with little children around! We took advantage of their laundry service and received well laundered and ironed clothes the following day. My children are going to miss the staff, as they got to know a few of them very well - my 6 year old still talks about Ms. Winfred, who was lovely to them. PrideInn Diani Hotel offers the best in Kenyan hospitality - genuine warmth and service that makes you feel welcome.

They need to have a breakfast menu beside the buffet.

It's a 3 star hotel, yet operates better than a five star hotel. The staff are overly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness levels are on a top notch. I wish this hotel was at the beach front. I have only good sentiments for prideinn diani.

I didn’t like the menu options for dinner, not diverse. The kids slides were okay but the pool at the end of the slides were quite shallow even to the kids. The surface is also rough. My son got abit of bruising from it.

I liked the proximity to places, the supermarket, airport and even access to beach. I liked how clean it was. The AC in the room was amazing. The WiFi connection was also great. Loved the cab service organized by the hotel, Lawrence was really good and kind to us. Always on time to pick us up and arranged for another car incase he was too far.

Not in my budget range. I travel alone and all over. Good for a relaxing stay.

Very nice and good rooms. Didn't use the pool but saw the woman Popo taking care of the children there. Very nice staff. There is everything you need there and close to the beach and shopping etc. A little too expensive for me but if you want to stay well and with children. A good choice.

Very bad communications.despite my wife making several phone calls and sorting out our room we were charged an extra 45000ks for our 8yr old daughter this on a prepaid booking.Room we ended up with was on ground floor by the road very noisy

The meals were on point, we really enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at PrideInn Hotel. The room was spotless and cool. Beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Would definitely visit again.

Nothing. Except that the hotel doesn't have much outdoor space/ garden.
