KenyaI did not have any negative experience in this property. The staff, food and rooms were all good. The staff are quite warm and friendly. The standard room is quite small, so for anyone who likes more spacious room consider choosing another room.
Variety served at breakfast and set up is done on time. Timely service especially in preparation of the eggs of choice. Adequate staff on duty so no delay in waiting.

KenyaThe hotel is getting more popular obviously due to their good services, so on my first night it was a bit overwhelming for some areas but they managed well. Just boost staff if need be so you don't compromise on quality of service.
The team went out of their way to sort out a few challenges I had. They listened and resolved within a very short time. I was grateful they brightened my day and made my stay very good.

KenyaI had an early morning meeting, expected breakfast to be ready by 6.30am but set up was still going on at 7.00am. Would have loved to enjoy the buffet breakfast, had to settle for an omelette and tea.
Location is convenient at first I thought it would be noisy as the location is next to a main road but the night was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable.

SwitzerlandThe choice of pellows are very limited. They provided only the hard pellows. I suggested to the staff, that they should make an effort and offer customers "soft, medium and hard pellows". Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Selella Resort.
Very friendly and helpful Staff. The property is very clean and well protected. Safety is paramount. Rooftop is excellent. Allows a 180% view of the Lake Victoria. Very nice place to be.

United KingdomOn the first night we were given a room at one end of the hotel, unfortunately there was a night club right outside that played very loud music until 4am...not something the hotel can control. When we mentioned it they immediately moved us to a room.as far away from the night club as possible. They are renovating the rooftop bar and I think this was impacting the hot water supply
The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The music choice at breakfast was very suitable for us (gospel tracks)

Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She arranged everything. I asked for flowers, fruit, drinks, and flower petals in the room. I asked to book the hotels airport shuttle to go to the airport in the morning.book a table in the restaurant upon arrival. And a pack lunch for the flight. All of this Cynthia and Bridgit organised to perfection. I've travelled to over 16 different countries, and I have to say The Selella Resort service is the best by far. Thank you so much. I hope to stay again soon.

Such a hotel should have a variety of room TV services. wrong location of power sockets. Poorly installed lighting in passages and toilets in the reception area. Lights at the passages go off when you are not in the sight of the motion sensors
