BurundiThe wifi wasn't consistent! It needed to be reactivated after sometimes which makes the communication slow. Two, I was bitten by moskitos at night, this made my stay horrible. You need to spray before night the rooms, maybe corridors to and close the windows.

NetherlandsThe hotel has been in existence for quite some years I believe - so some renovations in the rooms are required. It would be nice to have new windows with nets to prevent insects/mosquitos from entering rooms. The ACs do need replacing.
The hotel is located in the heart of Kilimani area closer to all amenities. The staffs were the best part of the hotel - always kind, helpful and full of smiles. Mr Antoli - the guest satisfaction manager - and his team made sure that the guests were well cared for! So I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was great and served our purposes perfectly. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The hotel facilities were lovely, and we enjoyed the meal from the restaurant.

KenyaWhen we drove in, I was dumbfounded by the way casual and probably primitive the security staff ushered us in. Asking us where we were going in a local 'Sheng' slang....Going something like..'Mambo, munaenda wapi?' She never asked to inspect the vehicle as most hotels do, just proceeded to try to open the car. Secondly we had an option of getting breakfast at the specified rate on the booking.com site but were charged higher than the rate. The worst part is the Manager did not even wait for us to convey our observation to them. Not that were wanted to negotiate. Anyway, I'll never go back nor refer anyone with that kind of attitude towards customers. It was Valentines night but we wanted just to have our own private stay. There was instead a disco night most of the night. The noise...

UgandaThe beds in the rooms are excessively large, limiting space for movement. Furthermore, the absence of a city view, as advertised, was disappointing. A revamp of the rooms could greatly improve the overall experience.
The hospitality at the hotel was outstanding, with the reception and support staff going above and beyond to assist guests. Strong security measures and thorough entry checks provided a reassuring sense of safety. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location, directly across from Nairobi Hospital and other healthcare facilities, ensured excellent accessibility to essential services. I also enjoyed great discounts on this site, making it a fantastic value for money. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
