The Beach House by Maasai offers an unbeatable oceanfront experience. It’s just about 150 meters from the water, i loved the soothing sound of the waves, beautiful sunsets, and the relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore its very good bar/restaurant near the hotel and the beach with very good music and atmosphere every night.

The place needs better maintenance and more attention to details. For example, the room has a big rooftop balcony, but it's completely empty, not even a single chair is there.

Great location, with direct access to the beach. It's connected to a big restaurant with a very vivid atmosphere and live music in the evenings.

Got slightly stranded while trying to access the hotel since the phone number provided majorly went unanswered for a while. I would appreciate if the phone number is always received so that clients won't be stranded whenever looking for the place.

Very serene environment. Good live music every evening. Delicious food ofrered at friendly prices at their sister restaurant which is close by. Pretty good breakfast. Would prefer that they provide a variety, especially for guests staying for more than three days. Would be nice to have something different every day.

To Add: No WiFi in rooms, only in restaurant, which continuously trips every 2-3 minutes so disconnects then is rebooted. 1 towel provided for full stay. No beach/ pool towels. Awful awful awful. DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not waste your money or support this place go elsewhere there are plenty of much better for less price. I would have moved on arrival if I found a manager to talk to & if money was refundable on site but to no avail.

Nothing, the lady tried to explain but she was not genuine. If you book do it at your own risk .

Nothing I was so inconvenienced, arrived early in the morning and they refused my entry. I was stranded and my security was at stake thanks to the neighboring Reef hotel who came to my aid .

The rooms were old, didn’t feel safe since it’s on the ground level. Can hear people and workers walking past during the night. The value of what I paid didn’t make sense for the room I got. Only about 4 rooms available, which 2 are downstairs near the pool and the other 2 are upstairs which we were told it’s a shared bathroom. The water was salty so difficult to brush teeth. I booked double room with breakfast for 2 people and the next morning it was a problem with the booking. We had to speak to multiple workers to figure out what to do and then eventually we were able to get our free breakfast. In which the breakfast wasn’t really good and had to ask the server what was available. No menu with the details or buffet style. We booked for 4 nights but then only stayed 1 after the experience we had.

Only 2 things I like about the hotel is that it’s close to the beach. You can walk straight down and be on the beach. Also there is a restaurant and bar on site which has live music during the evenings.

The place was very dirty, some things didn't work or were in bad shape. Definitely not what is being advertised and not the value of the money that is being asked for. Even if we were relocated to another place, that took place on the second day and the management didn't compensate us properly.

The property was well located. The management finally relocated us to a better place on the second day.

The beach was lovely and clean. The staff were very polite and the beach restaurant a great variety of food, highly recommended you try their sea food. Would definitely come back.

The reception service was poor. The venue uses multiple names, and we got lost trying to find it. The water in the rooms is very salty. Even though we checked in as 2 adults, we were given 1 towel. We booked for 2 nights, but left after 1.

The restaurant was excellent and the kitchen staff were very welcoming. The only thing we loved about the room was the bed.

The staff were very very rude especially the ladies cleaning the rooms, the receptionist, the soldiers. Rooms weren't that clean. My AC was not strong despite my complains to the management . Hot shower was very hot and i ended up bathing myself and kids in cold water. One has to really complain for anything including room cleaning to be done. I was a very dissspointed customer.

The proximity to the beach is great.
