There is no sign at the end of Korongo Road to indicate to drivers where the hotel is. My tour driver couldn't find it, so we waited more than ½ hour for him. The tv was not available to watch, as it was not connected to the Internet

- Room is pretty basic, but still good value for money - Shower did not have a curtain so water spilled all over bathroom floor - Water was lukewarm, and it was a cold season

- Great customer service - Delicious food - Green outdoors/garden - very nice - Quiet neighborhood, and the hotel wasn't very busy so it was nice to be around

The pool was really dirty and we didn’t find it nice to use. We ate several times at the restaurant and it was limited what they could offer from the menu card, however the food we had was nice.

The room was really nice and comfortable with a nice shower. A cozy garden as well. The hotel was really quiet and seems like we were the only guests - only a few guests for eating during lunch time. So if you want a quiet place to stay this is the one. There is not much to do in this area except the Karen Blixen Museum (approx 30 minutes walk) or visiting one of the malls (35minutes to 1 hour walk).

Swimming pool not that clean, phone in the room not working but we will call them using our mobile phones.

The location is perfect to visit Nairobi's national park. It was close to where we wanted to go. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding of the hotel is beautiful.

The infrastructure is a bit old and run down. In particular the showers are difficult to work resulting in frequent lukewarm or cold showers and flooded bathroom floors.

Good location in Karen, a short car ride to most areas of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and the food was good.

There was often a wait for food or drinks - there needs to be improvements on the catering side.

It was a very cozy and romantic place. A nice place for a couple to go to to enjoy some alone time just outside the city of Nairobi, nestled in the gorgeous Karen countryside. Food and drinks were quite good too.

We were the only guests on a weekday, and the room we were shown was a little older than the picture and looked like it had not been used much. It was unfortunate that there was trash from a previous guest in the trash can in the bathroom. It was also difficult to adjust the temperature of the hot water in the bathroom. The room was close to the kitchen, so the noise from the kitchen could be heard up to the room, and I was worried that my daughter, who goes to bed early, would wake up.

The staff was warm and welcoming, the cold welcome drink was a welcome relief from the heat, and although I was with my 0 year old child, the woman at the reception desk was able to spend time with my daughter during breakfast.
