Breakfast was good. Unfortunately when I did my booking I was not aware that it excluded Breakfast and hence had to pay cash every morning which was annoying.

Clean and friendly staff

Excellent breakfast. Area was a bit off the beaten path, but not in an area we felt safe to walk on our own…nothing nearby. Uber was stressful as many routes required tolls and therefore local currency or an app.

Room was ok, but bathroom was terrible. Tiny shower, no nice amenities or even a soap dish. We had to request the right number of towels twice. Definitely not a given star experience. Spa was not like you’d expect; services were good, but the space was very portly organized and not at all a luxurious experience.

Accommodated our late check in but initially no electricity and entry cards did not work. Large breakfast spread. Convenience for airport

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The shower spat out lukewarm water. Plumbers were called multiple times. We stayed in two different rooms, and the issues were in both rooms. In one room, the sink tap leaked all over the countertop. Bulbs were out in some of the lamps. Despite two guests staying there, there were only towels for one. Had to ask for more towels. Carpets haven't been professionally cleaned in a long time :(.

Breakfast was good.

Our room AC Fan was making lot of noise and the maintenance engineer couldn't fix the issue... So we didn't get sound sleep.

The Boma was recommended by our guide for its convenient location close to the airport and the highway so that it would be easily accessible to attractions and its great value. I would agree on all accounts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered large variety to choose from and generally very good. The decor was modern and size of room was generous. There is a pool and spa although we were busy with other activities and never used the facilities so can't comment on it. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The hair dryer only blew cool air and was reported but I did not notice it was better. Although location worked for our purposes, it is not in the center of town. So if you are looking to have easy access to stores and restaurants, this is not the place. The staff had discouraged our walking around the neighborhood after dark. We did go downtown for dinner and drinks. The hotel offers shuttle for $20 each way. We decided to take an Uber and it was a quarter of the cost.

The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful.

$22 USD for a continental breakfast is too much. All i wanted was oatmeal and tea. I suggest that you offer some items a la carte off a menu.
