Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Super nice apartment, better than we expected. Very friendly staff, clean room with a huge bathroom and shower. We loved the design, there was a lot of care taken in every detail, well done!

United KingdomThe payment card I had used to reserve the accommodation expired during my travels and I updated it on booking.com and paid for the accommodation two days before arrival. I had to show both my confirmation email to show evidence the payment was made and I even went into my bank account to show the hotel staff the transaction. Despite this they still insisted that payment hadn't been made which somewhat detracted from what had been a good stay.
The room was a good size with an excellent shower which had a good flow and plenty hot water. The room had a desk, TV and good quality WiFi connection. The chef was excellent and the evening meals and breakfast were a very good quality.
