Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. I could store my bag for free when I went on safari for 4 days. They even lent me money to pay the bolt driver when I had no small change. Location is good too.

CameroonThere were complimentary tea bags in the room but without a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is within the Crossroads Plaza. It is easier to find using that name rather than the name Crossroads Hotel.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were so kind to accept an early check-in as well as a late check out. The hotel is close to everything one needs especially during a holiday, from restaurants and shops, to a vibrant neighborhood with nightlife. The water heater and AC worked well during my stay as well as the internet. The hotel has a bar area with a city view. Downstairs the building in which the hotel is, serves buffet meals.
