You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyHotel totaly dark, looks like a scary movie.. Personal unfriendly. Food takes over 1.5 hours, then they brought the wrong Dinner an this was tasteless. At the end they wan't to charge more than the princess in the menu. We need not much on vacation, but this was the worst hotel we have ever been in.
Close to the Airport, but that's the only advantage.

Switzerlandll booked the room for my mom and cousin! l asked in advance if they had a wheelchair and that my mom was unwell! Couldn’t walk by herself! They should have told me their rooms are on second floor without a lift coz then l wouldn’t have booked their room. My cousin carried stuff to the 2nd floor by herself without any help! She had to request the guards to assist her to assist my 85 year old mom to climb the stairs! They were just sitting their and watching them!
