Nothing, really. And we’re picky!

Amazing setting & views. Clean and well appointed. Freely roaming wildlife. Chef and staff were outstanding and so accommodating; owner is a storehouse of information, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Food prepared for us was really over the top. Peter, the guide our host recommended, was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and flexible but very professional. And the private gate into Ol’ Pejeta was a blessing — and so very practical for our comings and goings over a couple of days.

Everything! Our stay was absolutely perfect! The villa is amazing and right next to the entrance to Ol Pejeta so you can't be any closer unless you are staying within the park. I'd definitely recommend using the chef services as well - the food was absolutely amazing!

Nothing major to say we did not like. But We are being vegetarians we couldn't accept the smell of the kitchen when we enter . That's probably because of the earlier gust were cooking the previous night and the cleaner did not get much time to clean well

The location is just amazing, the staff were great i.e care taker and chef I highly recommend..though slight misunderstanding due to some extra cost that wasn't communicated regarding chef charges. Overall I vouch for the place.

If not using the cook, having some tea and coffee available would be nice. Watch out for the monkeys - but this is also part of the charm

Once booked, the host was in in contact ensuring that all our arrival needs would be met. We were able to pay by MPESA (which for residents is a bonus), but other options were available. We did not make use of the offer of a cook (which is available as a paid extra, directly to the cook, and includes them buying the ingredients). We arrived a little late, but access was easy, and the table had been laid with everything ready to go. The next morning, the house help washed the car which was most welcome. There is a information booklet that covers all questions, available in the house. Access can be from Nanyuki direction or directly from the Northern Gate of the conservancy which was very convenient As the owner did not have any guests coming the following day, we were able to check out late at our leisure, at no extra cost. This is effectively an 'airbnb' and I can't think of much that I would wish to improve. All in all a very comfortable stay with great views. Although we did not use them, the outdor pool and clubhouse looked great. These are a short driver/long walk from the house, but all within the same compound The Ol Pejeta Conservancy offers a number of activities with pick up, I believe this is one of the properties they can pick you up from. If staying more than one night, it may be worth investigating if there are any deals.

Location, everything well planned to minute details. Tina was ever so helpful, the chef was amazing, the caretaker was simply amazing, located just within the conservancy lots of animals to see. Be careful that monkeys don’t get into the property though it’ll cost you to repair the damages

This is one property that any information available doesn’t do it justice at all. Not cheap but eventually worth every penny. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay exceptional. Would stay again.

The fact that there is only one swimming pool serving all the 66 villas. The pool is very far from the villas, especially if you don't have a private car.

The chef and the lady who was taking care of the house were both amzing and friendly. The house was clean and food was ready in good time. I would highly recommend

The fridge is faulty and doesn't keep food fresh. Hidden dirt and dust. The swimming pool is a drive away from the house.

The house decor is very good. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is spacious and comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves as we visited during the low season.
