Breakfast should be better.

The room was huge, very huge. I loved it. Toilet and bathroom was seperate. Staff was lovely and so kind. They kept local monkey forest. Monkeys were walking around. It is nice that we let animals to have their natural habitat. Moreover, they have local turtle nest reserves. They keep turtle babies safe. Food was delicious, drinks were amazing.

The location is by far the selling point of the hotel. Incredible seafront resort. We walked the beach route every morning to breakfast which included a great selection of food options. Good comfy bed, with working air con and power shower.

I can’t quite put my finger on why we were slightly disappointed. Is it the lack of atmosphere? Expectations of 5 star service? The sun beds needs a lick of paint, the check in needs to offer some information about the facilities, they shouldn’t charge for water, they shouldn’t charge an addition fee to use room service. No sun beds on the beach

Small enough to walk around easily but very spacious and integrated to nature. The setting such as rooms reception and beach bar very tastefully furnished in a chic Swahili look and feel. Th staff are friendly and the beach is well location. The spa facilities are great too and food is of very nice quality in my opinion. Probably portions are too generous!

Portions are large for food I would say! Also, This would be harsh to blame the property but the beach boys at the beach are selling too aggressively. You can barely walk 2 m on the beach without a new person trying to haggle and negotiate to sell something. Can be off putting.

The personal touch in this hotel is paramount. Easy access to the beach and very friendly staff.

The prefect beach hotel!

They have the best breakfast spread I have seen in any resort so far. The staff were exceptional, they were friendly, professional and always happy to meet our requests. The view was fantastic with powdery white sand beaches, blue water and plenty of water activities to keep you busy. The timing for housekeeping was excellent!

The insects in the rooms in the evenings were unwelcome roommates, however we were very close to the forest and nature so this could be expected.

The Nomad is a really lovely place. The food was very good, the staff at reception very friendly and professional. The whole set up with the swimming pool surrounded by greenery is lovely. Also nice to watch the different monkeys climbing in the trees. The beach is truly stunning, and while before booking I had feared the beach would be too busy, this was not the case. Of course when you go for a walk you are approached by beach sellers, but they accept a no. We had a standalone bungalow, with our own reclining chairs and lots of space around, very pleasant (that probably explains the high price, but for us that privacy and peacefulness was what we had been looking for), beach sellers walk past, but they leave you in peace when you say no. We also appreciated their environmental efforts.

They could put more plants - more greenery in the area of the standalone bungalows. It is very hard to keep the grass green there despite irrigation. I think the music in the restaurant was not so much too our taste, but we love peace and tranquility.

Overall an absolutely wonderful experience. The setting and facilities were fabulous. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms spectacular. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Dinners were excellent. Location right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Amazing experience.
