The meals were consistent, though expanding the variety would be a great improvement. Wifi was very poor.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was very responsive to any arising issues, which we truly appreciated. The kids absolutely loved the pool and trampoline and we even ended up extending our stay. Overall, it's a convenient and pleasant place to stay when in Nanyuki.

Customer service - the restaurant staff was not great; staff forgetting what you have ordered. Coming to verify your order 3 times & still not bringing your food & drink. Items added to your bill that you did not consume & even after you are full board, this was awful.

The hot shower wasn't working full time, I guess due to technical hitch so was the generator not picking when power went out but the staff were very supportive. The dinner table had delicious food but variety minimal.

The breakfast was not only delicious but had a variety to choose. The staff were amazing, customer experience positive.

The building needs better finishing, and the open plan between the restaurant and the reception is a bit disruptive. It makes the place noisy, and residents can not enjoy their meals peacefully

The staff was kind but also quite confused. On Wednesdays there is a salsa dancing class and a party afterwards until 23:00, so it is tricky to fall asleep. The breakfast is tasty, but each day it was served in a different manner (first with a proper menu, second with a handwritten list of meals, and the last as a buffet). The main road is close to the hotel so it can be heard from the room, but it is not really disturbing from sleep.

Comfortable modern room with hot water in the shower. Overall the hotel is clean. The staff is kind and helpful just a bit confused at times. Rooftop restaurant with a wide range of meals.

The shower cubicle door was broken and not replaced. They also have very limited parking space. You can park outside (safe).

I guess the hotel was on full capacity, it would take a while to get the hot water running in the shower and still it wouldn't get hot fast enough, it felt a waste watching all that water run. I had booked for a room with a mountain view and I got the ones facing the stairs, it was such a bummer but we made do with what we had.

Our stay at the hotel was really nice, the food and hospitality was great. Despite how cold Nanyuki gets at night, they really tried to warm up the main restaurant and Ikweta lounge. The room was large and we'll spaced, WiFi worked great, enjoyed a bit of Netflix and chill and the facilities were fine. The food was great, adequate variety for buffet during dinner and breakfast. The hotel's location is actually quite great, it's close to the equator marker sign, within walking distance to the town and also driving distance to Old pejeta conservancy, Mt. Kenya National park and other fun places within the town.

Breakfast was very, very good, there was not brewed coffee but there was African tea. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was on the road side, so there was a little noise, but overall very quiet. However the atrium architecture made the breakfast preparation pretty noisy (not a problem for us since we were up early). The lounge chairs were very comfortable and the 5th floor bar had amazing views.
