Ordering breakfast was more complicated than it should be as I wanted a la carte food. And they could improve on the cleanliness especially in common areas. It was more pricey than I think it should be comparing it with other hotels in Kenya.

Bed was comfortable and the extra blanket was very warm. They give coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. And the shower was nice.

Hot water was an issue at the beginning, interment was so slow.

Receptionist Eunice she took time to listen to my concerns and acted on them. She also allowed me to be part of the decision I felt seen.

We accidently got the shower mat a bit muddy and they made us pay for it? They're washable you know... Lots of loud boda boda noise from town.

Convenient location with nice rooms for a decent price, restauraunt was surprisingly good too.

No air-conditioning or even a fan available which is a huge disappointment given the cost of the room and Hotel standard.Bedside light was not working and was even broken.

The exterior of building looks tired and gives the wrong impression there’s more of the same inside. Restaurant is a bit tired and too dark. Bathrooms in restaurant in need of remodel - beginning with adding a toilet seat in men’s room!

The location is excellent, though Google maps (management!) tried to send us to the wrong side of the building.

The breakfast can be a lot better. It's towards the rudimentary and sitting in the basement, like in a cave isn't helping.

Location is good, it's almost the only up-market hotel close to the center of the town. Rooms are clean, shower is good (you do have to wait long for hot water to come through).

Wambui at reception was very rude and it looked like we bothered her when we asked for advice about the area or raised any concerns or asked questions about the hotel. Hot water was switched off by the hotel at 9.00am - boiler issues - therefore was not possible to have a hot shower. The TV did not work and internet kept breaking down. We were informed the reason was because the hotel was full and they did not have capacity to cater for a full house. Facilities are good but dated and in need of maintenance and repair.

Georgina and Eunice at reception were exceptional and very welcoming. They went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was satisfactory. We initially had issues with the booking and Georgina seamlessly resolved the issue. The hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious.
