1)TV with only Channels, I have missed important matches. 2) There is a pending issue with the hotel. I paid my room twice. The first time with my visa card,, the payment was declined,. Thinking it was an electronic concern, I paid for a second time in cash. Curiously, my bank sent me an email confirming the payment. The hotel didn't recognise the electronic payment and asked me to check mith my bank. I also ask the hotel to check with it's bank. Unfortunately I left the hotel without finding a compromise. The amount I am claiming is $324 (40500 Kenya shilling paid taking into account their exchange rate)

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group of ten people. We had an early morning flight from Wilson Airport and they prepared an incredible breakfast to go for each person. They allowed us to store bags at the property and pick them up on our return a week later. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very secure. The shower was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for proximity to Wilson Airport.

There are works in front of the hotel and the street is not very clean.

Very standard and comfortable rooms, it suited us perfectly. We wanted to get early to Nairobi NP and the staff kindly advanced breakfast time.

The area is not the richest one in nairobi, and it takes a while to get to the center in the peak traffic hours (incredible traffic in Nairobi)

The rooms and spaces are incredibly clean. Staff also very nice and welcoming. A little bar on the top floor with locals

A little bit music and cars noises, I think the front and side wings are quieter than back rooms.

Good location, very friendly staff. It is the second time I was there and won't be the last. I normally prefer Airbnb over hotels when travelling to Nairobi but I think I have found a place which is very suitable and comfortable for my short stays, late check ins and early check outs.

The staff was lovely! We arrived later than expected (around midnight) and they were kind enough to keep the restaurant open for us so we could have a delicious, warm dinner when we arrived. They also loaned us a plug adaptor for the night and packed our breakfast to go since we left the hotel at 6am. Great service level.

The neighbourhood (while safe) is underdeveloped. Hotel itself is quite nice but view from the windows is over shanties.

Since room didn't have an ac, a fan could have been placed in case of requirement.

Location was very near to a main crossing and just a 5 min walk to the nearest Naivas supermarket. Comfortable and spcious rooms, clean functional washroom wth hot water & good shower. Good wifi.

I will preface this by saying the main meals and appetizers were truly exceptional. They were far beyond expectations. However the minced meat for hamburgers definitely needs to be upgraded.

Maybe, fridge would be good to have in the suite. But for 1 night it did not matter much.

Convinient location for short staying in Nairobi. Big Mall is 800 m, some bistros across the road, closed territory and not far from the airport.

No air conditioner although it is not very hot but there are times in the evening that we need to open the window and use the window screen to prevent the insects from coming in.

The room is very spacious. The toiletries are of good qualities and even includes a mosquito repellant. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is a close by Naivas Grocery about 7 minutes away by foot and on another direction is a KFC and T-Mall where you can also change money.

The WiFi was very weak in the room though I changed to another room this issue wasn’t solved. Once I lay on the bed I can’t use my phone. I must stand next to the door to get acceptable connection

Staff were helpful & friendly. Room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable. The location sadly need to be improved but still didn’t mind about it.
