Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Central Africa Republic1)TV with only Channels, I have missed important matches. 2) There is a pending issue with the hotel. I paid my room twice. The first time with my visa card,, the payment was declined,. Thinking it was an electronic concern, I paid for a second time in cash. Curiously, my bank sent me an email confirming the payment. The hotel didn't recognise the electronic payment and asked me to check mith my bank. I also ask the hotel to check with it's bank. Unfortunately I left the hotel without finding a compromise. The amount I am claiming is $324 (40500 Kenya shilling paid taking into account their exchange rate)

United StatesThe staff went out of their way to accommodate our group of ten people. We had an early morning flight from Wilson Airport and they prepared an incredible breakfast to go for each person. They allowed us to store bags at the property and pick them up on our return a week later. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very secure. The shower was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for proximity to Wilson Airport.

Good location, very friendly staff. It is the second time I was there and won't be the last. I normally prefer Airbnb over hotels when travelling to Nairobi but I think I have found a place which is very suitable and comfortable for my short stays, late check ins and early check outs.

DenmarkThe staff was lovely! We arrived later than expected (around midnight) and they were kind enough to keep the restaurant open for us so we could have a delicious, warm dinner when we arrived. They also loaned us a plug adaptor for the night and packed our breakfast to go since we left the hotel at 6am. Great service level.

PhilippinesNo air conditioner although it is not very hot but there are times in the evening that we need to open the window and use the window screen to prevent the insects from coming in.
The room is very spacious. The toiletries are of good qualities and even includes a mosquito repellant. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is a close by Naivas Grocery about 7 minutes away by foot and on another direction is a KFC and T-Mall where you can also change money.
