While I was looking forward to enjoying the pool, I found it difficult to relax due to the presence of insects that seemed to irritate the skin. Additionally, the dining experience could be improved—the kitchen staff were not very engaging, and the lack of variety in the meals was a bit disappointing.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming—always ready to assist with a smile, which I truly appreciated. My room was consistently clean, and I’d like to commend the housekeeping lady for her kindness and attention to detail.

When we arrived no one was willing to help us with our luggage and because they don’t have elevators we couldn’t drag our bags into the extensive stairs They had so we had to request the receptionist help with our bag… the Receptionist and the kitchen staffs were not welcoming at all: the breakfast option was very limited they don’t even have a jam and no vegan options: it is so far away from the airport; and the shower smelled and had no toiletries to use.. it was disappointing stay overall but for the price I think it was okay; I wouldn’t stay there ever again and wouldn’t recommend it at all to anyone.

They charged us for different things As we booked on Booking.com as 2 adults and 1 child They charged child on desk, they charged for AC room and they charged for breakfast even I booked for bed and breakfast. Also service was very bad, they mention different items on menu and they didn't have also taking a lots of time for servicing. Completely disappointed 😞

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. Had back pain after one night, far too soft. Was given the chance to try other room, all the beds were the same expect one, it didn't have Aircon, a TV or a mosquito but it was still better. That's how bad all the double beds are. I had the chance to try a few rooms. Then on the second day I had some food and a couple of drinks, waiter tried to overcharge me. The same waiter who tried to sell me tours by his dad. The same waiter who kept playing music on his phone while we were watching a football game. Then when checking out I found out they were going to charge more than a nights stay for some laundry I did there. 2800. It's also very hard to get a taxi around there, save yourself the bother and back ache and book somewhere else.

Part of breakfast was not so good. I didn't understand why you didn't have buffet, then you didn't have a good coffee. It will be of great help if you'll consider fixing coffee machine so that next time we get proper coffee☕

The food needs to be improved. Though it was not upto the hotel standard I would give the breakfast 7/10 Their good and soft drinks were a bit expensive.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed 🛏️ and room furnitures were on top. The reception was very good. Swimming pool area was very good for swimming and relaxing or even reading
