The shower was not very powerful but this was a minor issue. Breakfast was fine but nothing inspiring.

Good location in a quiet street just of a main road. Helpful girls at the main desk who speak some English. Everything was quite new and it was very clean. Recommended!

First of all, I was pleased with the hotel. - The staff is very polite and helpful. Whatever I needed, they helped me. My plane was the take off at midnight. I preferred hotel's transfer service to go to the airport. The price was affordable and the car arrived on the time 🙏🏻 - The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is close to all touristic spots. I walked everywhere in the city center. - They offer 3 different breakfast menus. On the last day, before I left the hotel at midnight, they said they could prepare breakfast for me. This was very good for me. Because my journey was going to be long. I ate my meal and then I went to the airport. - My room was large and clean. The wardrobe was very large. If I go to Bishkek again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you very much for everything 🙏🏻😊

Unfortunately the window view from my room wasn't pleasant. But no biggy. The location is good but usually taxis don't want to pick passengers from the exact spot of the hotel because they have to turn around, so first I had to walk to the bus stop so it'll be easier.

I am a solo female traveler. I needed a comfy and quiet place to stay while I spent my time in Bishkek. Turns out this place is perfect for me and it's beyond my expectation. I only expected it to be quiet. Yes, it is quiet, clean, decent, spacious for me, aaand they served me very well and respectfully. It was Ramadan (muslim fasting month) and I had to eat my meal before fajr time. They provided me the meal on time as I requested, at 4:30 am. I can enjoy the meal both in the kitchen and my room. When I asked them to bring the meal to my room, the man just held the door while hiding his face behind the door without looking at me or my room. This might sound hilarious but as a female with hijab, this means a lot, two thumbs for the service. They also make sure to show me the qibla direction for praying. While waiting for the check-in time, I can drop off my belongings here while I am away. I can also refill my water bottle as much as I want. And I love the blackout curtains and the cafe downstairs. This place is also very close to a bus stop, 2 mins away just across the street. There are more other small gestures that they showed me and I truly appreciate it. I feel very safe and comfortable here. I will definitely rebook in the future if I go to Bishkek again. Keep up the good work, 281! Don't worry, for English speakers, the communication gap won't happen here. They're very fast-resp on WhatsApp.

Water pressure was weak, and some of the other guests were a bit loud late at night. But overall, comfortable stay.

Nice private bathroom and very comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast selection. Excellent WiFi connection. The location is good, about 15 minutes or more from the closest shopping and cafes.

Check-in earlier was provided with an extra fee. I gave 10 out of 10 because of the remaining stay. We unfortunately also had a problem that was no hot water but the gentleman in the reception found and alternative shower downstairs. These things happen even in big hotels. We were also provided with an early toast at 3am when we had to check out included in the price.

The property is very clean, quiet, has its own air conditioning and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is really good and satisfying, you can request to have it served in your room or in the dining area. If you have a budget friendly trip, this is the best hotel to stay.

The property is located very much inside the city centre , Taxis are easliy available to connect to any location with in city . The Room was decent and spacious with attached bathroom . Beds and linens were neat an clean all the toilet amenities were working well. The receptionist lady and the gentleman were both very helpful to provide much valuable informations . They are very hard working . Break fast was served ion time and was staisfiying . There are many reaturants which are at a walkable distance of 500meters . I would suggest this to couples and solo travellers who travel on buget but yet look for a cozy feeling.

Very good hotel, 15 minutes on foot to the Ala-too square, with nice. spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was also good
