Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainCozy and beautiful guesthouse in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the city center, beaches and supermarkets. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice views from the outside terrace. The staff was kind and helpful during our stay. Can recommend!

Romania- information provided about the marshrutka to Karakol were very wrong so I have ended up in a different part of the city - the room smelled strongly of fresh paint so the sleep quality was not the best
+ spacious room and well equipped (haven't used the old TV though), but + close to the city center and 15 minutes walking distance from the bus/marshrutka station + very clean, both the room and bathroom + fast WiFi + equipped kitchen and fridge available for guests + very kind and attentive owners + Abiya is probably speaking the best English in Kyrgyzstan (at least from the people with which I have discussed)

Perfect location, very central, with a good view. I stayed in a room facing the garden, which was very nice. All clean, a very nice host, too. Close to the beach, to many restaurants, but not at the main road, so quiet and giving you some privacy.

BelgiumWe liked everything. Maybe it would be nice to give towels for the shower because not all travelers have towels with them. But not a deal breaker for us.
We really loved the place. It is at the right spot , near the beach, restaurant and also 45min walking distance to the petroglyphs museum. The shower and toilet are super clean. It is great to have a little kitchen to either cook or make coffee. We work online and we're able to work with the wifi, especially from the kitchen or the little table outside. I definitely recommend staying there .
