Very big apartment which can probably fit the whole family or group of 6 friends. It's very nicely furnished and it has all the facilities like kitchen with everything you need to cook, iron, washing machine etc. It's a place where you can for sure feel like home. And it has a balcony!

Goo well maintained

Apartment on 4th floor. No lift service. Someone informed more than 6 th floor only have lift facility

Over all good especially cleanliness and staff communication.

No elevator and unfortunately we are in the fourth floor, struggles with our luggages specially we have a 7 year old kid and a senior citizen.

It’s comfortable and very clean apartment. The owner responds to your queries in timely manner. It was an amazing stay.

Nothing.

It is a spacious apartment with lots of facilities: there is a shower with hot water supply from the electric heater, a blow dryer, a washing machine with washing powder supply, a TV, a microvave, a stove with oven, a large refrigerator, plates and cooking pots, plus complimentary tea, coffee, sugar. Everything is very clean. So you can easily stay here for longer period of time and feel at home. The landlady - Nurgul - is just awesome! She was very helpful. The location is superb - close to all sights, banks and near the beautiful Erkindik boulevard. I will stay here again.

it was a really great experience for us! I was welcoming a very important guest and tried my best to find a comfortable place to stay. So, the location is one of the best you can find: it's in the very city center - close to the sightseeing and there's no problem to find a good restaurant. And don't forget about the Erkindik boulevard which is convenient for walking the apartment itself is clean and neat, the owners cared about all the details - we got all we need (even the little things we didn't expect to have there)! BTW, a scheme of check in and check out is really nice here as well. Owners are polite and friendly people, I'm really grateful to then for everything!

I didn't find any shortcomings

Very spacious house with two bedrooms, large hall and all amenties available for a cheap price. Apartment is located in main area next to the park Erkindik boulevard.

Apartment is located in 4 th floor with no elevator. Old people or people with huge luggage might find it difficult.

Good location... spacious... comfortable

Large and comfortable apartment, a bit of a climb with luggage to the 4th flour. Friendly and responsive owner. Everything is near, you can walk to museum, park, etc. Easy check-in with the key-box. Washing machine! It feels like home.

The bathroom could use a little refurbishment. Aircon is only in the living room, but with the doors open it's okay.

It was located at the 4th floor which was very exhausting to get into/out of the apartment.

4th floor and no elevator (luggage). Once luggage in apartment, all very good.

Locaton

The day before our arrival, we confirmed to the host that we would be in the apartment for a while, but he didn't find it necessary to inform us about how to get the key. He had sent instructions during our flight itself! But the worse thing is that it turned out that the apartment was in a building without an elevator, and the apartment was on the fourth floor. It was under renovation and there was no lighting on the top two floors. Horrible experience boarding in the dark with suitcases in hand!Despite the fact that after a sharp conversation with the host, lighting was installed, there were other disturbances. For example, the hot water was a maximum of 30 C. I don't think it was an accident, but that's how the water heater was set. This, I think, is grossly insufficient for the cold season.

It is spacious, clean and the owner is very accommodating. It is very accessible as well. Near coffee shops and 24/7 super market
