The tours could be organised better. There was a lot of confusion regarding the logistics of getting there and getting back. The top bunk bed has no railing and it feels like you'll fall if you roll over. I wasn't able to sleep well because I kept waking up afraid I'll fall. First hostel I've stayed in in central Asia that has no free coffee and tea in the kitchen.

There's a help desk for information on tours and transportation. The kitchen has good equipment.

The area outside the building was dirty . The bed linen had stains. Washing machine didn’t work. Even though we had a spacious kitchen to use , there were only two cups (no glasses) and two plates. Breakfast was so and so . There were pancakes in the menu but they were never available. Swimming pool is nice but there is this strange rule that you have to wear a swimming cap if you want to use it. Of course nobody takes a swimming cap on such a trip . You can buy one in the reception but they are hilarious . In the end , I didn’t see anyone using the pool . One girl got into water to cool herself and left immediately. My kids were crying that they would not put the cap on (I am really not surprised and you also wouldn’t be if you saw those caps on someone’s head). And we chose this hostel only because of the swimming pool.

We slept in a room for 4 persons in a building next to the swimming pool. It was very convenient since we were with kids. the advantage for us was that we had kitchen to use and a shared bathroom but only with another double room. Hostel helps in arranging various tours . Staff speaks English so the communication is easy.

Great backpacker hub in Bishkek. Super social and made friends that would shape the rest of my trip. The hostel organizes activities every night and the staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable, A/C works, and bathrooms are always clean. Solid breakfast too that they throw in for free. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The top bunks dont have curtains so light can be disturbing, I was given a towel the size of my hand to dry with, arguably too small. The social aspect may detract from your ability to get good sleep.

Very sociable, operates lots of tours and events, awesome area with swimming pool and chairs and a little bar serving beer. Had a great time meeting people and socializing here, great for chilling out after a long trip.

We were put in a house in the back that was a construction site. The shared toilet was not cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. Also with Western Bus Station closed, the location is a bit irrelevant.

We booked a double room, and were however offered a twin room. Regarding the location, it is close to a supermarket with all the amenities needed. It is somewhat far from the city center by walking distance (there are surely buses or taxis)

Stayed here twice. First occasion was very good. Second time I was in a different building and the kitchen was a lot dirtier and there were a lot of children staying in the rooms. Just a little uncomfortable with the amount of them and when adults were drinking in the kitchen and there were kids just running around everywhere.

Nothing everything was excellent

I had an excellent stay at Apple Hostel Bishkek in Bishkek. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and has a unique, charming design. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist with any questions or travel advice. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. It felt very safe and homely throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Apple Hostel Bishkek to anyone visiting Bishkek and would happily stay here again!

A clean, value-for-money hostel with a professional staff, close to restaurants and groceries. Considering the price, it was a decent stay. It’s a large hostel with a variety of dorms, single, double, and triple rooms, plus a nice lounge area to relax in.

The hostel is a value for money accommodation. Basic needs are available, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very nice. Can communicate well and very accommodating. We are also very satisfied with the tours we availed from them.

Bus station has changed to the other side of town so now there is no reason to stay which a a big pity for such a good place
