Quite with a garden, the few of the mountains is peaceful

Noisy bed, our room quite hot, animal manure smell when open windows. Not much in the room but then you get what you pay for.

Nice to have own detached unit, sitting out in the large peaceful unkempt garden with mountain view. Complimentary laundry service. Access to shared kitchen. Private bathroom.

The walls are a bit thin, it got a bit hot during the day and cold for the morning- but nothing extreme.

The place was clean and relatively spacious, perfect for staying there before a big hike. It's a nice family-run business, everyone was really kind. We had a minor issue with the lock on our door but it got fixed instantly.

-the owners are a bit hard to find sometimes. :) -some details in the room could be taken care of to elevate the general level of the place (some plugs not working, batteries of the remotes, light in the bathroom)

-the open area -the space inside the room -to be able to leave our extra stuff there during our multi day hike

We didn’t get the room we booked and no reason was given. The amenities and essential items weren’t ready in the room — we had to keep asking for them

The young lady was really nice and kind, and she speaks basic English. However, as a business owner, there's definitely a lot that needs to be improved in their service — it’s just not up to standard

beds were a bit uncomfortable and bathroom showers were not working...

amazing view and place.. Rooms were spacious and nice, sitouts all good, the staffs helped us.. Each and every min they were helpful when asked for.

It's a little basic on the inside. There wasn't a mirror for example (except for one in the shower that you could use with a little effort). It could have been quite a bit cleaner in our opinion.

The place has a lot of potential, the garden is beautiful and the appartments are cute. Owners were friendly and breakfast was good. They can do your laundry.

The accommodation is located at the outskirts of the city. It is quite a long walk to the city centre. Having a car makes life easier. The place was pretty quiet, but the walls were relatively thin and we could hear our neighbours from the adjacent room. Of course they could hear us as well. For us it was not a big deal since they went to sleep around the same time like us.

Check-in process was very smooth, easy and quick. Owners were helpful but somewhat shy. They spoke both English and Russian. Their young daughter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and relatively new with modern furniture. Ensuite washroom was clean. There was a private kettle in the room as well as some tea for guests. The room was located in a separate building and was not shared with the owners' house. We could park our car literally in front of our room. Breakfast was not included in the price but could be purchased for the equivalent of 2 USD. We decided to give it a try and it was a good decision. From the menu we could choose items we wanted to have for breakfast. There were 6 choices available if I recall correctly. Breakfast was very tasty and filling. I left the place saturated. I’d definitely stay there again next time I am in the city.

The property is not meant to be rented out for very cold temperatures, it was very cold and the floor is below 0. Only had warm water for the first couple of minutes, then it ran out. But overall an okay-ish experience.

The cold weather interrupted the living, we had to use 4 AC 's to have a comfortable kinda warm place. And the shower froze so we couldn't take it, the hot water appeared only on our last day of stay

Everything is a little flimsy and built in a DIY manner. The walls are very thin. Mattress could be more comfortable, and the bed lacks a night table. The light switches and power outlets are in an odd place. Also, there was a dog kind of crying the whole night on the neighbors property.

The owner family is very friendly and helpful and speaks English! The room is new and spacious. It was very clean. So, overall, it is still a decent value for money.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower and it was difficult to find the place. The location wasn’t clear.

- The room/apartment had no lock system and the transparent door opened from outside (the property gates also aren’t closed) so even though everything was fine it felt a bit scary as in principle anyone from the street could just come in and open the door. Most of the room was visible from the outside as the door is transparent and there are no curtains. - The room was booked using Air conditioning as a filter on booking.com. However there was a table fan only. It wasn’t a big issue but it would be better if we get what’s mentioned.

WiFi is really fast and reliable which is not very common. The room was an outhouse which is beautifully converted with all facilities available and towels provided. Room was clean with a table fan provided. Free parking is available right in front of the property. The host is very nice and welcoming and can suggest you places to see/do around. Breakfast is not included.

There is a problem with guests communication. When I was booking this place I expected care and "frendly" owner (as shared in other posts) . But in return I've got something different. Most likely, I won't return here.

Room need some renovation, one power socket was not in order. TV was never used because it wasn't connected to the power socket (all were used by Wi-Fi and the other stuff) All verbal agreements with the owner have near to no value. Like I asked to prolong the stay multiple times. Other properties usually say - book on the booking com us once again. Just to be sure. He just said nothing in regard to our wish to prolong the stay an then suddenly at time morning said that we must check out and no free options available. You have to book your stay and must not rely on the care from the owner. Thus we have to find us a new home, out of a sudden... 😢

Cozy, small and isolated house. There was quiet, yet comfy. Owner kindly agreed to keep the car parked during our two day absence between the bookings.
