Beautifully renovated hotel with super clean, modern facilities and an excellent breakfast at a top-rated restaurant in Bishkek. Within a 15-minute walk to the main square and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Would absolutely choose Evropa Hotel again if staying in Bishkek.

Just be aware you need to book the sauna if you want to use it. This booking system was the only annoying thing as we couldn't get the time we wanted so had to skip the sauna.

-Staff were so kind and friendly and really took care of all our needs e.g. booking airport taxi, booking the sauna for the evening - Hotel is in a great location - Rooms are very clean and modern I would stay at this hotel again if I returned.

I had a superior double that looked and felt more like a regular double room - not large, and the bathroom, although modern, showed some wear and tear

One minor thing: early check-in would have been nice.

We stayed only one night but it was absolutely fantastic. The room is spacious and clean. There was a gym with table tennis that we loved playing. But the cherry on top is the restaurant of the hotel by which we were truly mind blown - it was actually one of the best restaurants we ever dined it, the food was simply amazing. Highly recommended!

Breakfast could be improved by adding a wider variety of fruits and better quality cereals. Also they tended to run out of things quickly, e.g. juice, and sliced bread for toast - when the few slices (6?) were used up they could not be replenished.

Good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of Bishkek and its parks and museums. Shopping centres no more than 5-10 minutes away, a few restaurants nearby also. I requested a quiet room and it certainly was, but understandably there wasn't a view to speak of. The room was simply furnished, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, which is cosy and trendy. The girls at the front desk were lovely, very helpful and personable, and they all spoke good English.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bishkek!

There isn't much that I didn't like - perhaps the elevator which seemed a bit wonky at times.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. All amenities were provided and restocked, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling for work, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, with a barista making you your favorite coffee. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and would stay there again.

Fantastic stay - room was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, a 15-20 mins walk to main sights (Victory Square, Panivlov Park, Ala Too Square). Would stay again!
