Very good communication with the host. They were very helpful and flexible

The room is clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The balcony and stairs are not safe when traveling with little kids. But probably we could ask to stay on the first floor.

Aman was incredibly nice and helpful. It was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The room was smaller than it looked on the photos.

The room/property feels very cozy. The host is super helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable. There’s a balcony and you can also hang your clothes/beach towel there. The cleanliness was top- notch I must say. The property has many beautiful flowers and trees and a relaxing outdoor seating area. The location is not too far from Bosteri. The property is very close to the beach perhaps less than 10 min and there’s a nearby bazaar or a market for buying fresh fruits and vegetables. There is a restaurant and supermarket nearby. There’s a small park nearby as well. The overall stay was comfortable. I very much recommend this place.

The hosts were awesome. They were very warm and took extreme care and concern. They even hosted an EID celebration for us which was a very nice and refreshing gesture.

We were hosted at the second floor and carrying heavy luggage on narrow staircases was a bit of challenge.

The rooms are clean and as per the pictures.

We booked a quadruple room as the description mentioned about a kitchen with kitchenware. When I entered the shared kitchen, there were no vessels that i could use for the stove top. I decided to go ahead and heat our food in the microwave, but it was not cleaned at all. We washed all the cutlery we wanted to use as it was for our daughter and you could see that the cutlery was just water washed. We raised it upto to the host about no vessels and to our surprise, he gave us frying pan which was so rusted. It killed all our mood to heat any of our food. We again whatsapped him and he did give us a new set but informed that there is no cooking allowed which is completely opposite of what the description says. We also had to raise it up that the water kettle was so dirty and filthy that we drank cold water that evening. The host was quick in responding but a kitchen so unclean is not acceptable especially when travelling with kids.

This property is very lovely. Actually is a home stay and the entire family live in the complex, so the atmosphere is very lovely. It has very clean rooms and courtyard. Specially the second floor has good view to Issyk-Kul lake. It is easy to find the address. not far from lake's shore. Staff are helpful, The owners' English skill is not high but enough to answer our questions..

It is not a big thing to complain about, but it is slightly far from city center and restaurants but not far from lake shore.

Incredible host, Bektour helped us with the transfer, and was very adequate and positive. Good WiFi! It's rare for Cholpon Ata, we had about 25-30 Mbps stable internet connection. Good home, with warm apartments (because of two powerful heaters in the room), so it was okay in December. New and high quality bathroom equipment. The host knows the city well, you can ask him about everything!

The breakfast was yummy. The room was very comfy. Kids loved the yard, i loved the pull-up bars. The kitchen is neat, staff very helpful. We will return for sure.
