Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The people working there are kind and will get out of the way to help you. Communication is good through whatsapp. I had the luck to join for a portion of beshbarmak. The yurt in the garden is great.

Lovely caring family, loved the garden and the food, beautiful clean room and yurt, I was the only one staying the day I was there, Kishimzhan and her family took care of me so well. Also booked a taxi to Besh Tash Lake through them and they also helped me get a shared taxi to Bishkek at a fair price.

GermanyI had a room to the street. The room was good. But better take your sleeping mask and some earplugs with you. A streetlight and a dog from some neighbours might disturbe your sleep a bit.
The whole family is very friendly. Everyone. Comfortable, spacy rooms. The breakfast was very good. And the whole atmosphere was great. They offer help in many ways. And what they created with the Manas and Nomad Festival was extremely positive. We few backpacker tourists in the middle of this cultural event, sometimes it seemed they did it for us. I can really appreciate to come here.

KyrgyzstanNice family home with good cooking. Quiet. The owner arranged a lot of difficult trips for me to rarely visited historical sites which would not have been possible without his knowledge and all the people he knows locally. I learned a lot about the daily life of nomads or herders high up in the mountains where I stayed. This is my second stay here after 2019. Many thanks to Turdubek and his family. I will come again, Inshallah.
