Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandThere was a very odd situation with the room cleaning staff - every day something wasn't quite right or missing. On two days I had to call down for towels, another day the tea/coffee wasn't replaced, one day I returned to find the cleaner's rubber gloves in the bathroom... there was no consistency. Slightly annoying, but nothing that wasn't put right immediately when I rang reception.
Despite being outside the centre, the hotel is well-situated in the southern part of the city within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I really was impressed with the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful.

United KingdomFirst of all the front desk staff was the problem, this hotel shouldn’t be a5 star hotel I think 3 star is fair There was not fridge after request one came back with empty fridge , nor iron , I requested to cleans my trousers and some shirt , they ruined the trousers and they wanted to charge me £22 for cleaning the 2 shirt and 1 pairs of trousers, When I complained he didn’t say anything and he wanted £22 for the service! I paid over £50 for the trousers and it was brand new first time been cleaned the ruined my trousers!

Spain200 usd for one room, at 7 am construction noises makes unable to sleep. Went to the reception and ask for a solution -the anwser was: there are no other rooms available. If you have a construction going on right next to a room dont sell it! - breakfast was horrible, everything cold and dry.
