The shower should be renewed

The location was optimal, only ten minutes by feet to Ala-Too-Place. The interior is beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help. At the reception you find 24/7 guys who helps you. We are looking forward to book this hotel again!

Really beautiful building and very friendly staff. Helped us organize a taxi to Issyk Kul lake, and provided us with breakfast to go as we needed to leave before breakfast time.

They had messages me offering early check in for a fee, which I had confirmed. When I arrived at 5am, I was told for the first time that early check in wasn’t possible as my room was occupied. They said they would let me know as soon as it was available. I had to check with them again around 11am at which point I was quoted the regular check in time but five minutes later they told me the room was ready. Would have been nice for them to be more proactive about getting me into my room after the confusion about early check in.

The first room (room 5) I stayed in had a strange smell (couldn’t really locate where it came from) and little insects running around the bathroom floor at night.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to many attractions. The hotel is decorated with traditional crafts and looks very attractive. The included breakfast was fine but should be covered by plastic to keep its freshness for guests who arrive later. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay and both rooms were spacious, had good AC and amenities. Drinking water is provided in the hotel and you can refill your water bottles.

The AC was right above the bed and really loud, so either it was too loud and we couldn't sleep or we turned it off and it was too hot and we couldn't sleep. Also, the ladies at reception were too involved in their phones or netflix shows to even say "Hello" or "Goodbye" back to us after we greeted them.

The hotel has a really nice vibe and the room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was good and had some items you don't usually find in a breakfast buffet, so we welcomed the change.

TV & Internet not always working (outside control of the hotel). More expensive than other hotels in Bishkek. Maybe bcs of location?

They forgot to send the taxi to the airport, despite corresponding about it just the day before. Annoying when you land at 4 am local time and all the local taxi drivers jump on you. Also, they claimed they sent a letter informing me that my requested early check-in (confirmed months in advance) was not possible, but I never received such message, also, super annoying at 5 am after a "nuit blanche". They resolved the latter issue after insisting, but I still don't understand why they refused to let me in a room, when they did have one available and clean.

The hotel is super central, can't imagine a better location. This also makes it a bit noisy, as it is by a busy road, but it's worth it (take earplugs). The room is spacious and cosy.
