The WiFi was broken the last three days of my stay. The shower drain did not drain well and one time, unpredictably, flooded. My comforter seemed to have a couple of strange small rust-based stains, I'm assuming from the radiators, since it smelled clean. The common area had some local bread that was set aside for guests (I think?) but not having received instruction about this I did not know if it was okay to eat it

My room was very comfortable and had great lighting. The heat worked very well and the room was very warm. I had a great view and lots of sunlight, despite the winter. The 24/7 Azbuka (supermarket) next door was very convenient, as was the coffee shop right outside, with excellent coffee (great milk alternatives!) and snacks. Laundry was cheap and convenient. The staff was very kind and I appreciated them doing their best to try to accommodate me despite my very early morning arrival

It was quite cold in the bedroom and we were unlucky that a big group stayed 2 of the 3 nights we were there and they were a bit noisy outside of the quiet hours. It was much quieter the first night we stayed. There was a strong smell from the plumbing in our bathroom.

This is a gorgeous guesthouse. I loved the decor. The shared kitchen is fabulous. The staff were friendly. The wifi was very good. The bus to the centre leaves from outside. There are 2 supermarkets and cafes really close.

Since we went in the month of December it was a extremely cold and the heater wasn’t working very well. Also the reception area is at the next building so its a bit challenging if you need something and dont have and sim card to call them.

I loved everything about this place. The location, the room itself was so big and great view.

The only downside is the location. It was fine for us though, because we wanted to be closer to the mountains.

Modern hostel. Well thought out with everything a hostel should have. We stayed in the new section which wasn't quite finished, but still very useable.

Stayed second time. Again for a short time, just between arrival from trip and departure. They offered me a double room instead of single for the same price. All was seamless and smooth. Facility are quite new so all is clean and in good working condition. I can recommend

Well, among 3 places I have stayed in Kyrgyzstan during my short trip this hostel is the best. I needed just to have quick sleep after my night flight so spent only around 6 hours there. Room had AC properly working (trust me it is not everywhere in Kyrgyzstan even if place claims they have AC), toilet paper, shampoo and soap. Other places I have stayed during my trip had non of them, even though they were positioned as hotels. Room had clean beadsheets. They offer free tea/coffee. However, mattress is very hard so expect it. Staff was friendly. Parking is available just near the entrance. Please keep in mind it doesn't have signage and house is just privately owned property. Supermarket is just 50 m away. Location is far from city centre.
