Very nice and new rooms with comfortable beds and a clean and modern bathroom. Nice lake view from the room and a large balcony. Some okay local restaurants 5 minute-drive away.

The area looks like a construction site and appears to still be under development. We did not have electricity in the morning since the whole town lost power.

Amazing view on the lake from the apartment. Apartment itself is very modern and comfortable. The host is super friendly and helpful, she tried her best to make our stay unforgettable.

The area nearby is just developing. The road to the lake crosses a highway.

Good view of the lake from the balcony. Well behaved of the host (Altynai and Syimyk). Breakfast was good. They cooked for us vegetarian dish on our request.

Toilet was very smelly. Even after opening the ventilator also the bad smell was there. Size of the bathroom also very small. No side table lamp. Toiletries was not new. It seems they do not remove the used toiletries and keep for the next guest.

Absolutely new hotel with great view over the lake. Clean and fresh, the staff is extreamly friendly, food is good and prepared just for us. We had a great stay!

Owner lady was too good and excellent cook. Her smile took my heart. She was a very good hearted person in deed. She did whatever we asked.

Such a nice hotel, our room had a big balcony facing Issyk Kul. Waking up and seeing the beautiful views of the lake in front of us was so special. The staff was very kind, we booked last minute and arrived late in the evening and we received a warm welcome and got served food. The cook Gulia made delicious dinner. Loved her eggplant salad and mantis. The hotel administrator was also very nice to give us a room with such nice views. The bed was very comfortable, a nice shower and we even had bathrobes. Really happy for our stay after a long hike :)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating (flexible, free laundry service, helpful in any way). The rooms were tidy and modern. The food was very good. The sea side view itself was great. This will be a very nice guest house in the future (when the construction work is done).

The surroundings of the guesthouse are still under construction. There was no bath in the bathroom (as listed in the room's description). No wifi. Constant power outages for up to two hours. Leaking windows during thunderstorms. The location of the guesthouse is far from any necessary amenities (shops, ATMs, etc.).

First things the rooms are very clean and organized Breakfast it very delicious And staff very simple and always smile and kind

I like the rooms and terasa very romantic view it’s front of beach It’s amazing weather I wish I could stay more But definitely I’ll come back and I highly recommended
