The view of Issyk-kul was stunning. The restaurant was good and nice it was open all day for both breakfast, lunch, afternoon and dinner.

food were delicious, hot water good design and clean (except dead bugs) room

the mosquitolike bugs in the room. they were dead but it was easy to see them on the floor. no alcohol in the hotel also forbidden on the beach.

Quite a spacious room for a family of four. The hotel runs by a family so you can meet with their kids. One of the kids speak little bit of English. The staffs are good and polite but don’t know how to speak English. Lake is walkable distance and clean shore.

Bathroom is quite small for the large room but manageable. The water heater worked only for two people after that it was extremely cold water for other two people while showering. The hotel price is quite high considering the location and the facilities. No lift so you have to carry your luggages to the first floor.

It was close to the lake and very quiet. The room was nice and bright with good facilities. Food was as reasonably priced and good. Staff were helpful. Nice walk along the beach to Bosteri, had a beer there at the hotel next to the water.

Really thought the price for doing a load of wash was over the top. (300 som-3 $ US per kilo . ) I suspect the price of the day tour we did was rather enthusiastic.

The hotel is located in front of the Issykul Lake. Room and restaurant are well designed and looks newly built. Food is great

There is a toll gate before you reach the hotel, you have to pay 50 som however the road going there is not in the best shape and rather confusing. They could do trim the bushes and provide a signage in the road for where the parking and reception area. Thankfully there’s some kid who helped us to find where is the reception area is. AC is necessary especially on summer Service can be improved-limescale in the bathroom and there’s a language barrier in the restaurant.

In general, Issyk-Kul is awesome and Kyrgyz are the friendliest people in the world, and it adds points everywhere. Silence is very hospitable place, and after just two days it felt like we are guesting at our relatives country house - everyone is friendly and SINCERE (not like "we well smile at you 24/7 as long as you give us money" like in tourist countries. Food was great, as well as terrace on a second floor of a restaraunt. It was pleasantly not-too-hot, rooms were clean and cozy, and 50m to the shore is another great point. Also when we needed to depart early, hotel compensated the difference. And assisted with finding taxi/tours around. And, once again, personell is super friendly, sincere and caring.

There are a few downsides that do not spoil the general impression but still need to be mentioned. - there is little sound isolation in rooms. we got unlucky with neigbours and one morning woke up in 7 AM to politics discussion through the wall. we briefly mentioned that and manager got us compliments and lots of sincere apologies, but I doubt much can be dont to the building itself. - there were no everyday room service - maybe just because we were just for a three days. - no table in room except the night tables next to the bed. And if you are choosing the rooms, please note that regular rooms are better than deluxe - they have a view to the lake which is better (manager told us booking.com itself doesnt allow to rename the room types, sadly). But all this is just a payout to perfectionism.

Room was neat rest service were not upto basic expectations compared to other hotels.

Service was bit disappointing

Located straight on the shore of the lake. Silent place, away from main road. Rooms are very comfy with balcony and private bathroom. We felt like at home from the start when we spoke to Zinat, the owner and incredible person. Great work and I recommend to stay if you ever come to Czołponata

All was perfect.

The room was very spacious, bathroom was clean, breakfast was perfect. The view from the room is absolutely beautiful with Issyk Kul Lake infront. The staffs were extremely helpful and polite. Their dinner and breakfast everything was great. The owner was a very sweet lady.

The hotel is located in great location, it's rather calm there and Issyk Kul' lake is in 20 steps from hotel. Rooms and hotel's interior design is stylish and exceptional. The hotel's staff is professional and ready to find answer any of your questions. The restraunt is located right at the hotel's territory and it's very convenient, you don't need to go to Cholpon-Ata and look for a place where to eat. Almost every dish is great and tasty. Also you can get a horse ride near the hotel and go to warm springs in Cholpon-Ata. I will come back here again. Now it's my favourite place at Issyk Kul'.

Very stylish and modern, clean and everything needed is available. Restaurant of hotel has delicious food and staff ist very friendly and helpful. Location is offside but perfect for a relaxing stay. Beach is super and access to the lake is easy. Can 100% recommend Silence hotel.

Neat room overlooking the lake, south side. The audibility is quite high in the rooms - both from neighbors and from rain at night. But this did not in any way affect the impression of the stay) The hotel is located on the territory of a Soviet boarding house - you can feel part of the flavor of those times. Standard menu in a cafe, without any special drawbacks.

Wonderful location by the lake, away from the main road. Really nice, helpful and friendly staff. Lots of food for breakfast (even tho with no option to choose from, all guests get the same). Room big enough, bright, nicely simply decorated. Truly nice place to stay.

There could be some visible signs guiding the guests from main road right to the hotel (2-3). Especially for people (foreigners) not knowing local place(s) & habits this could be super helpful :) For me personally also the mattress with little too soft, I prefer harder for my back, but this is a pure matter of personal preferences...
