I had an amazing stay - the owner and staff were really friendly and helpful. Communication was easy. The room, kitchen and everthing was clean and tidy. The lake and a beach are a few minutes away. I look forward coming back! :-)

Hard to find, ask for directions. Once you take the correct turn off the main road then it is signed and simple to find. If you follow Google and take the wrong turn off the main road then you are lost.

Convenient location for a night on our way along the lake shore. Good room and secure parking.

The property was beautiful and airy, with a great kitchen which was perfect for travelling with small children and meant flexibility for the morning and breakfast. It was a really easy walk to the beach.

I recently stayed at this lovely guest house and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere felt just like home, making my stay very comfortable. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Irina, one of the owners, spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and friendly stay.

Great location right by the lake. It's a bit further from the town, but the staff will always call you a taxi (70 som). The owner was really nice and helpful, our room was cozy with clean shared bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen was an appreciated bonus!

The location is hard to find, as Google maps does not recognize the road that accesses the facility. Irina kindly met us at a gas station on the main road, and escorted us to the property.

Owner Irina is wonderful! Staff is very helpful! Facilities are spotlessly clean!! Beautiful rose garden! Easy 3-minute walk to quiet part of the lake. Very safe and secure, for the rooms and parking!

We were pleasantly surprised how clean, modern and comfy was this place. Nice renovated rooms, strong wifi and secured parking for our car in the garden. Driveway to the guesthouse is quite bumpy and google might give you bad directions, but we were very well informed from english speaking owner Irina which road we should use, so there were not a problem to get there. You will be welcomed by kind security guy who will help you with a check-in 👍

Nothing it was great

Good location though not easy to find at first, it is signposted from the nearby road. The host is very friendly and helpful, place is beautiful and has a great kitchen and outdoor area. Room is well furnished and very clean. Would definitely stay again

It was hard to find. If you turn down the street named улица Карыбаева and then at the end turn left, you will see signs that will direct you to it!

Very clean and comfy beds. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The place was really nice! A really short walk to the lake, where we were able to have a picnic and watch the sunset.

The owner Talai is amazing. Very friendly, very interesting guy. He does not speak English but there is good wifi and two Italians managed to communicate with him through google translate just fine. He is very patient and very very welcoming. The location is amazing, literally two minutes away from swimming. The facilities were shared, but very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere so struggled with the taxi from the bus station and walking at night was a bit intimidating.

The host's were very lovely and spoke very good English, which helped when trying to organise a hike to Konorchek Canyon. The location was very peaceful and relaxing, the lake is a short walk away.
