The staff were fantastic, the pool was perfect and our rooms were clean and spacious. we did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Not my first stay here and probably not my last.

There as a terrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom that was never fixed. I had to leave it covered with a wet towel and keep the bathroom fan on at night just to sleep.

The location is very good, near to the market and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. Decent value for money and I would stay here again.

It can be a bit noisy due to the close proximity to Pubstreet but it didn't keep me awake.

Nice room with balcony. Lovely staff very friendly. Hotel is well kept and maintained. Several convenience stores a stonethrow away. Dozens of restaurants in the direct area. As is Pub street.

The noise from Pub Street was difficult on the first night, but the staff happily moved us to a ground floor room, which sorted the problem out

The location of the hotel was ideal, especially if you want to be close to pub street and a variety of restaurants, which were within in 2 minutes walk. Plus, the staff were so helpful and polite

On Friday, we could hear music from Pub Street (but not too much). For me, it was completely OK, but for light sleepers, it might be an issue. On the other hand - that's why you book this hotel so it is in a very good location. If you want smth calm - book a hotel further from the center.

It is a very nice hotel close to Pub Street. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool area - is decent and beautiful, as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff were super polite and nice. We didn't need much, but it seemed that they helped other guests a lot. I would really recommend staying there.

Since this hotel is located around the corner of the pub street, it does get a bit loud in the evening/ night. On the otherside, very central, within walking distance to the main attractions.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool wonderful to cool down after a day of exploring. I can recommend the breakfast. A very special thank you to the hotel staff. Very polite, very helpful and kind. Worthy of a five Star top class hotel.

We are elderly and our room was on 2 nd floor up steep metal stairs, no lift! A little “tired” in some areas.

The bathroom could do with a good scrub , it needs new towels , they are very old and scratchy, very discoloured. They should put a top sheet on the beds as its to hot to have the duvet on , but to cool to have no sheet. Mozzie are bad .

This is no reflection on the staff however, the beds were extremely hard. As someone who loves a firm mattress, this felt like I was sleeping on the floor. My room also started blowing out barely cold air at day 2 of my stay and my room had a leaky toilet that would create a pool of water by the toilet. I would say that it's more worth it to get breakfast from across the street as it would be cheaper than getting breakfast included and you'd have more options/ larger portion sizes.

Loved just about everything. The room, pool and facilities were as expected. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly! They even did "Goodbye Cambodia" on my bed with leaves and flower petals free of charge.

Its location is in the heart of everything but the downside is that it’s very noisy at night due to the music, particularly the loud vibrating bass beat, coming from Pub Street.

Breakfast is limited. There was no iron box inside the room. Available upon request only. Our room shower head had a slight damage as well but we adjusted.

The location is just walking distance to pub street and old market. There are many restaurants nearby. Staffs are helpful.
