We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe only thing that I found challenging during my stay were the acoustics. It seems that the walls are too thin so you can easily hear those from the rooms next to you or those in the halls. Also, since my room was right beneath the rooftop pub, it was quite difficult to sleep at night with the loud music and bass from above.
The location and value for your money is a big plus. The room is quite spacious too and has good air-conditioning. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable.

GermanyI loved it when I arrived, everything was youthful and charming, the capsule pod was large and spacious, with a decent mattress to rest on, and your own locker, close to the river, the Old Market, Pub Street, a pharmacy at the door, and the hospital 300 meters away...and have two wonderful kittens, Pepper and Lemon

The owner changed everything! The rooftop is called Full Moon. The prices are the same... The beds are even more comfortable, anti-mite, anti-bedbug, and everything is new and comfortable... I highly recommend this place... centrally located... convenient... and without the need for a tuk-tuk... or walking under the sun of over 40 degrees...

The truth is, the location is perfect, it's 100 meters from all the bars and pub street, it's clean and the staff is lovely, open 24 hours and there's a pharmacy next door, perfect Wi-Fi, and plenty of bathrooms so there's no problem. and it has a sky bar with drinks for $1, very good for staying not just for one but for several days

United Kingdomwe arrived as two owners were having an argument about how one of their bosses wasnt paying one of them so they said the hotel was closed. after some questioning one then backtracked and said we could stay but we were hesitant as the vibes were super weird and hostile. eventually we got told that they were closed/closing. we did pay a deposit that we didn’t get back but was only a few dollars. not sure if the hostel is actually open or not now.

VietnamWhere to start? I cannot believe the good ratings at all. First of all at my last day the police came and closed down the Hostel - apparently the owner didn’t pay for anything and vanished with the money. The hallway was smelly and damp, because the ventilation from the bathroom blows into the hallway. Mosquitos and flies everywhere. My room and bathroom were beyond dirty, long and short hairs everywhere, also a lot of dust, dead insects and sticky stains on the floor. Also the room was not isolated against any noises, I could hear the cars and noises from upstairs. The mattress was uncomfortable and had no cover besides one sheet. Also there was no kitchen or chill area as indicated in the description. The WiFi worked partially.
