Absolutely nothing

We had already extended our stay once and did so a third time as well, that should speak for itself. The staff are incredible from the cleaners who greeted us every morning with a beautiful smile and cleaned the room daily. Gardeners, bar staff, waitresses, waiters, all staff are incredible, we cannot wait to return. It’s peaceful, the facilities are fantastic cannot wait to return, best to come in the low season.

they can extend the breakfast time untill 10.30am at l'est because, some of tourist like me like take time and taste everything!

Nothing just not long enough

We had already extended our stay twice as we just fell in love with the property and the staff. It has everything you could wish for, Brekky fantastic and the staff well they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I cannot reiterate how great they were, from the grounds men to cleaners a ten plus. The sauna spa steam room gym swimming pool such an added bonus, lazy afternoons by the pool. No traffic noise close enough to all attractions a tuk tuk away.

The air conditioning in the hallway was not on all the time, so the hallway was warm.

Well decorated and stuffed. The breakfast was wonderful. Most of all, the staffs were friendly.

Exceptional place, very grand the welcome was a 10/10 staff certainly go above and beyond to help you. Our room overlooks the pool and bar area second floor perfect. Decent size balcony, rooms are large and bed soo comfortable best we’ve had on our four months of travelling. They have everything at your disposal, pool long enough for me to do laps, professional gym set up, sauna, spa. They have a staff member onboard to assist in booking tours events etc, you cannot hear any traffic at all extremely quiet. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone great value for money

A great five-star hotel located close to the city centre. The rooms are big and beautifully designed. The lobby is gorgeous. There is also a very good restaurant serving local food. Quite inside and out, no street noise at all. The staff are kind and warm. That was great holidays

The only complaint I would have is that the pool is always warm as there is no shade and the bed was quite hard.

Beautiful hotel just outside main town which is easily accessible by tuk tuk - breakfast was great with large selection of food. Room was large and balcony nice - staff extremely attentive.poolbar served good selection of drinks and pool very clean

there was nothing I would like improved.

All of the staff were fantastic and extremely obliging. They smiled and made you feel like you were part of the family. The pool was clean and not crowded and there were plenty of sun lounges and towels. Meals particularly breakfast were a treat and there were so many excellent selections.

The internet could be stronger

I LOVE this property. Every detail of the design is exquisite. Down to the clothing on the staff. Everything is stylish and elegant. I didn’t want to leave the property. I ate at one of the excellent restaurants and O spent hours lounging in the pool. The claw foot bath tub, bath products, balcony overlooking the pool and the price… hostels cost more

Better than many 5-star hotels we have stayed in. Excellent facilities, excellent breakfast and large comfortable well appointed rooms. Staff were wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Very highly recommended.

From the moment you check in, you feel special. From the palatial entrance, the welcome drink, the incredible staff...not a bad thing about this hotel. We ate in the 4th-floor restaurant 3 nights out of the 5 we stayed there. The service Henry gave us was impeccable and the food delicious. We are wishing we had extended our stay there!

I think can improve on the breakfast variety.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was central for us to move about. The team is so welcoming. The restaurants for dinner served really good food. Thomas our guide during the stay was exceptional. Taught us how to appreciate the local cuisines. Really a very welcoming lot that made us feel at home. Fantastic hospitality
