We would have like a late check out. Whilst we didn't have an option to check out late, we were allowed to use the hotel facilities for the afternoon while we waited for our transport to arrive!

Lovely calm oasis! Spotlessly clean. Great food, lovely pool areas. Staff were helpful in organising onward travel tickets for us!

No issues with the property but the location is a little way from the center of town. Transport is easily available from reception though. One night we walked back and although it is well lit the last few 100m are on a quiet road.

The Hotel is either new or newly renovated very well. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom. Staff were very friendly, couldn’t do enough to help with any requests about tours / local restaurants and attractions. There was a good buffet breakfast for the mornings to set you up for the day.

Great buffet breakfast, staff were so friendly. The girls in the breakfast room even remembered I needed ice to chill my boiled eggs to peel them our second morning. Room fantastic size, aircon worked perfectly well and balcony looking onto the roof pool was a great feature.

A great location only a short walk to the river. Comfortable beds, huge rooms, a nice pool (2), and pleasant dining area. The staff were wonderful. Highly recommend, and will be back

The door should have the automatic key card instead of the old version (KEY) to unclock the door. It takes a little time at the beginning to figure out how to clock and unlock.

The breakfast was good, providing noodle soup, but the location was further away from the center.

Nothing everything was great

Large well appointed room, beautiful swimming pool and seating area. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. Staff were lovely. Walking distance from town. We went on 2 Took Took tours of the surrounding area including the Bamboo Train and Bat Cave, which I would recommend doing.

The property is clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The room was spacious with a large, modern bathroom. I was truly amazed by how kind and smiling the staff were — their warmth made a big difference. I already want to come back, and it’s mostly because of this amazing team. I also really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony with a lovely view of the pool. The peaceful atmosphere and stylish interior were the cherry on top.

Best value hotel in Battambang. As this is my fourth time staying at Cambana La Riviere Hotel. Room is spacious, clean, complete amenities. Staffs were amazing, especially Bo Pisey, she welcomed me really warmly. Recommended!

The pool was a tad cloudy on our first day and had turned green on our second. Otherwise, the breakfast, room and hotel surrounds were quite lovely.

- Only criticism is that it is "on the wrong side of the bridge" although this is knit picking as it's only a 5 minute walk. - On site drinks prices are expensive for the area

No noise cancelling through windows. The kids from another room were playing outside and swimming from 6 AM (though the rules state the pool can be used from 9 am) and I could hear them very well in my room, which made me wake up.

All staff (reception, restaurant, cleaners) were very helpful and nice. The room was big and clean. Other facilities were also very nice. Good location - not too noisy but not far from the city center.
