Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

JapanNone! I saw some reviews mention the distance and mosque sounds, but honestly—no problem at all. About 10 min walk to Pub Street, or under $1 by Grab. Never woke up from any noise (and I’m a light sleeper). Loved walking through the Muslim neighborhood—really added to the vibe. Stayed here twice. Says it all.
This was my second stay here. The first time was in February for my birthday—I came to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and stayed here for the first time. I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Chann Mey. Everyone was kind, reliable, and always smiling. That experience left such a strong impression that I chose to stay here again for the last night of this trip. This time I saw some new staff members, but they were just as friendly. I was especially happy that Ms. Chann Mey still remembered me. I think my room may have been upgraded—if so, thank you so much for that. I originally planned to stay longer, but due to tightening border restrictions between Cambodia and Thailand, I decided to leave early by air and could only stay one night. Siem Reap is my favorite place in the world. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll stay here again. The hotel is beautifully clean. I’ve stayed at five or six other places in Siem Reap, but this one is always spotless. The building is new, and the staff constantly keep everything, including the pool, in perfect condition.

United Statesno negatives.
The hotel was beautiful, serene, and very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and gracious. The hotel restaurant served the best food I had, the whole month that I was in Siem Reap. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I really could not have asked for anything more. I would like to give a positive mention to Chann Mey, and Chanty. but really, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again, hopefully for a longer stay, next time.

Czech RepublicThe hotel is situated near a halal slaughterhouse, which can create an uncomfortable feeling when witnessing the animals being transported. As a vegetarian, this was not the best location for me. It saddened me every time a truck arrived full and departed empty or stood still, packed with animals.
It offered remarkable value for money, particularly for a solo traveler. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the bathroom in my room, which boasted a spacious shower area and fresh, soft towels that were replaced daily. The hotel is ideally situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, bistros, and bike or scooter rental options. While many visitors prefer to stay near the pub street, I find it to be an overrated area filled with tourist traps. This location, however, offers so much more. There are plenty of fresh fruit stands and delicious street food. For breakfast, I recommend trying Wat Else Café or The Source Café. If you're a yoga enthusiast, consider taking a class at either the Reservoir Hotel or Baby Elephant Hotel. Everything is within walking distance, but I particularly enjoyed renting a simple city bicycle. For those interested in local art and supporting local artists, I suggest visiting the Made in Cambodia market, where you can find Mon Chear linocuts and Channa Watercolors.

SingaporeJust a minor one to make it perfect - please do something to get rid of the houseflies in the open dining. Though guests can opt to eat in the airconditioned dining room or request to have the breakfast delivered in the room. Other than that overall experience is really great!
The rooms are clean and staff are very kind and helpful esp. Bobby. Grateful that I was upgraded to Deluxe Double Room so more space! :) They helped us booked our tour guides too and van with driver to bring us to tourists spots. I would recommend to my friends and would love to come back again. :)
