Recensione verificataBell'albergo nel pieno centro di Siem Reap. Gli spazi comuni sono forse un po' sacrificati ma d'altronde siamo in pieno centro e spazio ce n'è poco. Camera e bagno bellissimi con ogni comfort. Buona la cucina e la prima colazione. Staff fantastico oltre le aspettative. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera perchè si affacciava sulla strada ed era molto rumorosa e in tempo zero ce l'hanno sostituita con una silenziosa.

Recensione verificataStaff incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, possono organizzare la visita ad Angkor a 360 gradi, dalla guida all’autista/tipologia di mezzo (tuk tuk o auto). La nostra guida (Samnang) è stata deliziosa e molto competente. Noi abbiamo soggiornato alla Golden Temple Boutique pur avendo prenotato al residence, comunque ci hanno riservato una bellissima stanza, c’era solo da attraversare la strada e recarsi al Residence per la colazione (10 metri).
Colazione varia e abbondante ma un po’ troppo occidentale, avrei preferito più attenzione alla colazione khmer, comunqie personale di sala attento ed eccellente.

Recensione verificataLa cosa più bella di questo hotel è sicuramente il personale, di una gentilezza che definirei estrema, soprattutto da parte di tutte le ragazze della reception (grazie ancora di tutto Joey!). Hotel molto bello, ben curato, con una bella piscina. Le camere sono enormi e davvero ben arredate e ben pulite! Massaggi nella SPA favolosi! Posizione top. Super consigliato!
Unica pecca il letto, non molto comodo (per i nostri gusti). Mettete un bel topper in memory foam e risolverete questo problema. Fidatevi :-)
