CambodiaWhen we checked in some guests were playing very loud music at the pool that we could hear from all the way in our room which was at the back of the resort and continued playing until we left for dinner. Other than that maybe just a few bugs hiding around the curtains.
The room was decorated very nicely and felt very clean and cozy. The location was also very conveniently next to the crab market so it was easier to find something to eat. The personal jacuzzi was also nice but abit cold. The room was also very private with a seperate door that seperated the room from the rest of the hotel.

CambodiaThe room (room 9) was a little tired with a missing bathroom curtain and there was no shower curtain resulting in a wet slippery bathroom floor. The air-con and fridge were both a bit noisy and the advertised fan was nowhere to be found. But with a bit of maintenance, it would be a great room.
The location is good with pleasant sea views and proximity to the local seafood restaurants and the tropical garden setting is impressive. The breakfast was simple but tasty and adequate. The staff were all friendly.

AustraliaThe room was comfortable and quiet and the A/C worked well. The bathroom is basic but works well. There is no TV in the rooms. Not a problem it isn't mentioned on the site. The breakfast was from a menu. Eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread jam, tea and coffee, fruit juice. More than enough for us and kept us going till lunchtime. Breakfast is served by the pool overlooking the sea and is a great way to start the day.

The proximity to good fish restaurants and the crab market. The garden were lovely and well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

United KingdomBreakfast is a bit limited and repetitive but is OK so good for a couple of days but after that becomes a bit boring!
Kep is split into three parts - the town, the beach and the crab market, which are spaced quite a long way apart. So you need to stay by the crab market if you want to enjoy the best of the seafood and the sunsets. Mealea is right by the crab market so probably the best location in town. It’s a nice, comfortable place to stay, very leafy, you almost feel like you’re in the jungle! Lovely room, all very clean, and lovely, helpful staff who are always there to help.

United KingdomWe did not like our room. It said it was a superior room but I’m not sure what it was supposed to be superior to! The decor was unfinished and our window looked out onto a blank wall with an air conditioning unit in it. Also a very narrow path to get to room. No where to sit outside. Don’t stay in room 11 if you can help it.
Breakfast was good and the location was very close to the crab market. Pool and gardens were well looked after. The staff were lovely
