located in a quite street,the family that run the inn are the loveliest, true Cambodian hospitality, from the breakfast to the afternoon treats and going away gifts 🎁, a true Gem 💎,thank you Narah!!! My room had a private courtyard with lots of plants and trees, great for sitting at night to enjoy some tea. When back in Battambang will definitely stay here again 😎. EXCEPTIONAL!!! Chefjose 🙏.

We stayed here for two nights and were so pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness. It honestly felt like home, with thoughtful touches like homemade desserts and even a printed photo from our day out. The accommodation also arranged a private tuk tuk for us, which was perfect since we had no plan for our one day in Battambang. Couldn’t recommend it more — I’d 100% stay again.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect, I was sad to leave

We spent 3 wonderful days at this homestay with my parents. The family is incredibly kind and caring, always making sure we felt comfortable. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and we slept so well. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the little pastries our hosts offered us every day were such a treat! They also helped us organize our stay: booking a taxi to Siem Reap airport and arranging a fantastic day trip with Khem Ry in his tuk-tuk, who guided us through the local life and beautiful surroundings of Battambang. It was an unforgettable experience that gave us a real insight into Cambodian culture. I can only recommend this homestay 1000 times to anyone visiting Battambang. A huge thank you to the whole family for these wonderful days—we truly hope to come back whenever we get the chance!

We have been traveling for a while and at Muni it is the first time we felt like we are home! Hospitality is amazing! They made sure that we got picked up from the bus and we had the most amazing welcome! All of the facilities including swimming pool are amazing and the family that runs the place is great! We hope to be back there and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family! Thank you very much for an amazing stay!

Narah and her family are attentive to their guests’ needs and put in thoughtful touches, such as a welcome map of the city with common Khmer greetings/phrases on the back. They check in multiple times throughout the day, such as to offer you homemade desserts, fresh fruit or coconut juice. I had a smooth time using their various optional add-on services, including the same-day laundry service, spa package, tuktuk tour of the city, and breakfast. The bed is comfy, and location wise I appreciate that it is close to the fabulous modern Cambodian art gallery/cafe Romcheik 5, while being a fairly easy walk (or quick tuktuk ride) to the central parts of the city.

This place is run by the loveliest family. They are so welcoming it made us want to stay for longer! Bedrooms are super clean with lots of complimentary things such as toothbrushes, snacks. We had fresh fruit and juice given to us on arrival, our room was upgraded free of charge without us asking and we had the cutest personalised surprise in the bedroom when we got in. We even got a gift when we left! We have been travelling for 5 months and this is our favourite place we have stayed.

Property is beautiful, rooms are bright and clean, air conditioning works perfectly and has no bad smell. Showers are great pressure and temperature controls work well. Swimming pool is very well maintained and clean. Spa facilities are dreamy

Great accommodation with very comfortable bed, very well maintained and clean room. Drinking water refills every day. It is all managed by the nicest family, Narah, Moon, and everyone else looked after us very well. The pool was also great, nice way to cool down in the heat.

Absolutely wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had an amazing experience at Muni Residence & Spa. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well equipped – the bathroom is excellent, and the bed is large and extremely comfortable. The facilities overall are top-notch, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The hotel is run by a lovely family who take care of every single detail with genuine warmth and care. They made our experience feel incredibly personal and welcoming. A small anecdote that speaks volumes: we accidentally left a pair of shoes in the room after checking out, and one of the family members jumped on her motorbike and rushed to the bus station to return them to us before we left town. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture – just one of many moments that made us feel truly looked after. We genuinely felt at home and left with the best impressions. If you're looking for a place to relax, feel comfortable, and be treated like family, this is it. We highly recommend Muni Residents & Spa to everyone – it’s a hidden gem and a perfect place to stay!

Muni R&S is a family run place and everybody did their outmost to make us feel welcome and loved. This hotel is the place to go to if you want to know why family run places in general are better than big hotels, because this is an example of a family hotel when it's at its best. We were extremely well taken care of and looked after during our stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. They surprised us with collection from the bus stop and provided us with multiple authentic snacks throughout our stay. They were so helpful organising our day trip - which we would also highly recommend. Our driver Mr Pen was amazing and we had an incredible day visiting the Battambang countryside. The hotel is in a great location with a really nice cafe just round the corner. The room was really comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. The pool is a great place to relax and the breakfast was delicious! We had an amazing stay and can’t recommend the hotel enough!

Lovely welcome from the family who run the residence. Received juice and fruit on arrival, and gift when leaving. Room was clean, mattress and pillows best we've had in Cambodia, pool was warm and clean, close to river and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here

Everything about this Homestay is just perfect. Right from the minute you step foot in Battambang you feel as though you are part of the family. Narah was fantastic, on the last day of our trip we accidentally left a bag behind us. Narah organised for the bag to be sent to Phnom Penh and arrived shortly after we did. Already looking forward to our next stay.

It has nothing to do with Munis Residence and spa- but the Ibis bus I took back broke down🙄

If I could take a dozen stars out of the sky and put them here- I would because 10 aint enough. Checking out of this residence felt like being put out of heaven. Little Muni and baby Alexandro, Narah who taught me how to ride a motorbike, uncle's honesty, and all my sister's laughter! The little food surprises 😁I got a free room upgrade (I think they understood my strain after a long train trip). And so - I cannot commend you enough - as very few places I've been to manages to combine effortless kindness and hospitality - with perfect sized rooms (e.g soft beds AND choice of soft/ hard pillows) quitetude with urbanism, and - sustainability without bragging about it - All at a fair price. Worth mentioning they have an organic farm, so the food is delicious, especially the juices- and the saltwater (clorine free) pool is not only good for you, its an imperative and logical (uncle) though for the future, that more hotels should adapt I hope you grow up happy, Muni. I know you will do everything your heart desires, Narah. I enjoyed every second of my stay with you. With much gratitude 🙏 from my heart to yours, thank you.
