The hotel itself is really impressive. The breakfast was great and the casino is huge. I just really hated the fact that they still let people smoke inside of the casino.

Toilet - shower area water flow is very slow, almost flood.

While I understand hotel allows smoking it's something I didn't like and people did smoke in 13th floor where it was supposed to be smoke free. After 11 there was ladies (mostly transgender) who was harassing you for business and they even got in to the lift with you. Some staff were very helpful while others were only willing to serve rich Chinese where they get bigger tips. Gym was below average and sometimes the Air conditioner is turned down. Expected bit more of a gym for a big hotel like Naga World.

Breakfast was nice, good spread. Room was spacious and good quality fittings. Good view from the room and close to all the facilities. Walk though to Naga world 1, and to many restaurants and night clubs. Pool was great.

We actually stayed in Naga2, not the Entertainment Complex （Naga1）, the room is only 20 sqm, smaller than those in Naga1.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much, plenty of good food and choices! Our flight was delayed, but there is a foodcourt at the basement, we managed to have light dinner at 9.30pm. Very convenient!

Best location of Phnom Penh. With inhouse casino, it added up to the attraction and entertainment. Wide spread of breakfast menu, including Indian variety added spice to the taste.

No real options to upgrade, but overall nothing I didn't like, especially as a place to stay when working in Phnom Penh. Great location. For a romantic holiday, I would probably choose somewhere else, especially if my partner was not a gambler!

The concierge doesn’t guide you about other food options outside the complex. We found The Golden Pumpkin adjoining Russian market which was excellent.

Asked for a pick up from the airport, and the hotel management sent me a few links asking for credit card details for advance payment for pick up charges and some form to be filled. When i told them i m a hotel guest and book8ng is non refundable plus credir card details already with hotel, they never replied back and never sent a pick up. I had to take a taxi from airport. VERY DISAPPOINTED

They Accept mostly US dollars and give you change in their own currency and trying to cheat so be aware all the time
