You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyEverything was great, simply nothing to complain about.
Everything was absolutely impeccable: the great and most friendly service staff that fulfilled every single wish very quickly, the clean and neat premises/room/pool, the delicious food, the competent front desk who organized all of our trips and helped us with our reservations and last but not least the amazingly beautiful housing and hotel compound. On top of that, they even looked after our baby daughter and we felt most comfortable seeing how sweet and caring everyone was with her! It was hard for us to leave since this was really the best hotel we‘ve had during our entire vacation.

ThailandOne small detail that could make Phoum Chaufea Resort even more special would be enhancing the pond area with more fish or perhaps making it a more central feature. While the current pond is peaceful and fits well with the natural ambiance, adding more vibrant fish could make it even more visually captivating. It’s a very minor suggestion though, as the pond already contributes to the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Overall, it’s just a little touch that could elevate an already serene setting!
What I loved most about Phoum Chaufea Resort was the incredible attention to detail in the architecture. The wooden villas felt so authentic and traditional, yet beautifully designed with modern comforts. You can tell the artisans who worked on them poured their heart into the intricate carvings and craftsmanship, there’s a sense of history woven into every corner. Walking around the property, you feel transported to an older Cambodia, surrounded by lush gardens and peaceful spaces that make the experience even more magical.
