Mold in the shower

The location is in the centre of Battambang. Everything you need is nearby. The rooms are completely okay. You get what you pay for. I was quite surprised by the cleanliness. Normally, hostels are difficult for me because of the dirt... but this one was clean. Of course, it is a bit old with mold in the bathroom, but the toilet was very clean. The best part is the very friendly staff!

Air conditioner is sometimes not working well.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. Good price (stay single room with price of dormitory) and good location (Central part of Battambang). Owner run tour company before hostel, I took a well-organized and interesting tour.

Great hostel, and such great value. The sleeping cabins are more like capsules but you do get an air of privacy for dorm prices and a fan to keep you cool. The cabins lock nicely, showers and toilets good too! Very central location, close to everything.

I really loved it here. It was really clean. I enjoyed to have a bit if privacy after staying so many nights in hostels. Amrith was a great host, in general everyone was really lovely. Also the tour i booked with them was great. I had a incredible day with Toni. Who showed me so much of Battambang, and answeard all my questions. I would come back anytime.

The walls are thin so you may hear certain late-night activities in a neighboring cabin. However, this could also occur in a regular hotel.

I loved the sleeping cabin. It was clean and uplifting with a cute mural of a cat. I love the festive paint in the hostel and the central location to the bus station and cafes. I plan to return to this hostel when I am next in Battambang. Thanks to the staff for giving such a warm welcome.

- Hard mattress. Honestly my only complaint, everything else was alright. - As others have mentioned the "A/C" is just a hole in the ceiling connected to a centralised AC for the whole building. Don't expect much but also the fan in the room is strong enough

My only critique is that the lighting in the pods needs to be improved. I couldn't read my book coz it was too dim.

Can be a bit loud in the beginning of the night.

It’s nice to have your own cabin with privacy. Location is good, very close to the river, the market and the bus station. Staff was kind and with good recommendations.

Nothing it was perfect.

I loved it here very much, as a solo traveller all the staff were so helpful and friendly, always smiling, they also helped me with trips which were good value and covered many of the tourist attractions such as Bat Cave and Bamboo Train, as well as visiting the local markets and farm. They sorted out my ticket for my travel plans and took time to talk and ask how I was every day. The food is lovely I ate breakfast here every day, there are also some wonderful restaurants a few minutes walk away. The room was an amazing private space, and very clean, aircon plus a fan, and socket next to bed. The showers and toilets are very clean, and ample, I never waited for either, I noticed the cleaner was always cleaning in corners and keeping everything spotless. My laundry smelt good after washing, service was prompt in all aspects. The place its self is social with a really good quiz night and lots of good seating to enjoy a drink, food, or remote work. The location is excellent and walking distance to markets, there are many vintage shops and the locals are very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the best massage ever from the spa a few doors down I loved staying here and when I come back to Cambodia will stay here again. I would recommend this as an affordable place good food and drinks selection with excellent service. Great value fir money.

Honestly what a treat to get a private space for a hostel price. Only complaints are that the wifi wasn’t great depending on the room you’re in and the air conditioning is not as strong - however, I had no trouble sleeping and it was in the 30s the whole time. The owner’s wife runs the travel agency across the way and she is super helpful in setting up tours or answering any questions you might have about how to get somewhere. If she recommends you to go to the jungle to visit Mr Lim, you should go!! Or just ask about it, going there to Osoam Cardamom Community Center was organized here and it was my favorite experience in Cambodia!

They can’t really label it as air con. It’s a makeshift system where they put a hole in the ceiling that blows cool air in the room but it doesn’t actually cool the room down. There is a fan luckily though.

I liked all of it but for other travellers, much like a lot of SE Asia and Nepal, the bed was hard but I slept really well.

I loved staying here. The pods are small but perfectly formed, washrooms and showers very clean and the bar/social area great. My stand out from the stay was all the staff, I wish I had asked for names. Everyone was so kind and friendly, a credit to the owners. Also, loved Battambang.

The fan of the room, even if you out at highest speed is not that refreshing and is very noisy. The room is a bit small it was difficult to organize the luggage.
